Abstract: The object of the research is teaching a foreign language to adults as one of the most common types of additional education. The subject of the research is the intensification of this process. The author of the article pays significant attention to the relationship between psychological, pedagogical and methodological aspects that is revealed against the background of the specifics of foreign language knowledge and the socio-psychological characteristics of adult students. Simultaneous consideration of the problem from the standpoint of pedagogical psychology and practical methods of teaching languages allows to uncover a sufficiently strong scientific and methodological basis for intensive language teaching which today additional education institutions (courses) are increasingly being replaced by pseudo-effective ultrafast methods that make advertising more effective than education itself . In the first part of the article, the author examines the main tenets of intensive training in the domestic psychological-pedagogical science. The second part is devoted to the use of these provisions in linguodidactics, with the specificity of foreign language knowledge being the basis for the search for data relationships. The theory of G. A. Kitaygorodskaya is considered as the fundamental concept of intensive language learning in Russian science. In the third part, the study assumes an even more specialized nature: intensive learning is considered not from general linguodidactic positions, but from the standpoint of working with a specific audience. The provisions of the theory of intensive learning are refracted in andragogy on two levels: psychological, pedagogical and methodical. In such a relationship, these provisions become practical recommendations, since The method of teaching a language is not considered ideally but taking into account the characteristics of the people to whom it is applied, as well as the difficulties of the educational process. This structure of the study suggests that it is analytical-synthetic in nature. The novelty of the article is caused by the fact that a very highly specialized question, indicated in its title, is considered systematically, starting with the most general, most well-known provisions of pedagogy, educational psychology and linguodidactics. The interdisciplinary interrelation of these postulates and their application to the features of a particular educational process allow us to show a fairly solid scientific and methodological basis for the intensification of teaching foreign languages to adults, which is not fully used in modern practice. The author’s main conclusions are that intensive adult education should be built around the characteristics of such communication, in which economically active people participate most of the time. Taking into account these features allows language learners to quickly adapt to the learning process (without which intensification is impossible) and determines it at the organizational (choice of forms) and meaningful levels.

Abstract: The article provides a detailed study of barbarian manifestations of hierarchic ambitions in closed societies that contradict to and destroy the organization of the hierarchic s ystem. T he study is based on the case of army. The author of the article describes the ways to overcome this phenomena as well as to eliminate the existing situation in the army.

Abstract: The article is devoted to the definition of sound design in terms of other trends in design. Based on psychophysiological principles of perception, the author offers a classification of design trends into visual-tactile and visual-audio directions. The author focuses on a little-known branch of design – sound design. Taking into account the global integration of all design trends, the author raises a question about a better focus on the term ‘sound design’. The author gives his own de􀁹inition of the term ‘design’ and within the framework of the present article studies the significance of sound design in our everyday life. The research is based on the principles of deviation of the sound design compared to other forms of design both in everyday life and educational process. The author of the present article touches upon a very important section of the creative and technological direction in design and shows how important it is as an independent science and an important discipline for performers of other forms of design. Development of the sound design is directly relevant to the comfort of our everyday life. Any leading designer should understand what the sound design is and have a clear idea of the role of sound in his work and be able to set a task for a sound designer.

Abstract: Constructive or cooperative nature of social communicaton is one of the basic values of a healthy society. The problem of teaching these values to the growing generations is one of the most important and nettlesome. However, actual relations are far from being ideal. As the history shows, competition, rivalry and conflicts are a social norm. Such grounds of social relations are of paradoxical nature and provide both destruction and, quite unexpectedly, success. However, almost always they are the reason for suffering and experiencing negative emotions such as vanity, greed, envy, and hatred. The present article is devoted to the analysis of the competitive side of academic interaction and can serve as a pedagogically important illustration to the topic of teaching the culture of dialogue and cooperation. Using the methods of historical and philosophical analysis, the author of the article describes bright historical cases and analyzes history, phenomenology and psychological mechanisms of conflicts arising between scientists in the process of their scientific search. The author concludes that competition has certain potential but only if it is of constructive nature and based on a good dialogue, intelligence, human dignity and commitment.

Abstract: The condition of education in the modern world is rather contradictory. On the one hand, education in the XXI century became one of key spheres of human activity; achievements in this sphere formed the basis for social and scientific and technological transformations attributable for the present times. On the other hand, expansion of the scope of education and changes in its status are followed by the aggravation of problems in this sphere which testifies to the education crisis. Finally, during the last decades searches for ways of overcoming the education crisis have led to formations of the considerably new educational system. In this regard, it is important to provide scientific substantiation of social and economic mechanisms of managing modern education using the system approach and structural analysis. It is also important to carry out the methodological analysis of different concepts of management. The authors of the article describe the two main vocational functions of a head of a vocational educational organization that are actualized under the conditions of introduction of new programs. These are motivational and goal setting function and organizational and methodological function. An important condition of successful implementation of modernization changes in the system of vocational education is the balanced implementation of the aforesaid functions. This, in turn, requires goal-oriented activity from regional institutions of additional vocational training on preparing heads to perform motivational/goal setting and organizational/methodological functions as part of the vocational education improvement.
