Abstract: The article studies the problems of formation of tax culture and the way it is understood by the modern Russian society. The problem is very important, because tax culture directly depends on the tax policy introduced by the government during this or that period of social and economic development of the country, and influences the formation of financial resources of the government and economic entities as well as all the citizens living in our country. The goal of the study is to define the extend to which the society understands the need and importance of paying taxes; to define the factors influencing attitudes of each subject of tax relations towards paying taxes; and to suggest ways which would contribute to development of tax culture and formation of active citizenship. It is obvious that tax culture should be developed since early childhood. For the purpose of teaching the society about taxes, the author composed and tried out a school lesson ‘Look after your taxpayer’s honor when you are young, or what taxes are and why we should pay them’. We hope that this material will be helpful to school teachers and all those who work in the sphere of education as well as school children who can better understand the role of taxes in the social life and put this knowledge into practice.

Abstract:
Gritsay, L. A. - The Problem of Life Meaning Values of Parenthood in N. I. Pirogov’s Anthropological Legacy pp. 6-13
Abstract: The article studies parenthood as a philosophical and anthropological phenomenon discussed by a famous public figure of the 19th century N. I. Pirogov. The author of the article offers us a preferential analysis of the scientist’s views and based on the analysis he makes a conclusion about anthropological idealistic grounds of Pirogov’s views on life meaning values of parenthood deriving from the Christian ‘national’ world view. Based on such approach, the author views the three key components of the phenomenon of parenthood: axiological component which is defined by the higher meaning of the human existence that is revealed to the father and mother in Christian Revelation; selfcreative component which takes into account the need in a parent’s ‘self knowledge’, constant work on a personal self-improvement; and educational which is based on the parent’s main mission to be the first and the most important teacher of his children. It all allows to conclude that N. I. Pirogov understood the phenomenon of parenthood as a path of human spiritual development which final meaning is associated with the highest purpose of existence in Christianity and that defines the fate of the humankind on earth.

Abstract: The article is devoted to the formation and development of the ‘Russian idea’. Today, when Russia is trying to find its own way of development, it is difficult to overestimate the importance our national spiritual legacy. The concept of the Russian idea was developed and introduced by V. S. Soloviev in 1887–1888. In 1888, Paris, Soloviev made his speech ‘Russian idea’ during which he spoke of the ‘role of Russia in the world history’ as an intermediate in building a spiritual bond between the West and the East. Having appeared in 1921 Eurasianism movement continued to develop the concept of the Russian idea even further: as an expression of original Russian nation, a healthy spirit opposing to the decaying traditions of the Western Europe. By adopting a traditional idea of the Russian intelligentsia about the relation and opposition between the Slavophilism and Westernism in Russian history, Eurosianism followers tried to turn their philosophical conceptions into an ideology.
