Abstract: The article studies some causes of inefficiency of the federal authorities exercising the state land control; describes the gaps in land legislation and the Law on Protecting Rights of Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs when Exercising State Control (Supervision) and Municipal Control. Abstract: The article is devoted to the problems of providing road traffic safety as well as the problems of using special lights on high officials’ cars. It is shown that such cars create certain risk for road traffic and often cause road traffic accidents.
