Abstract:
According to the Russian Federation National Security Concept and the Russian Federation Doctrine of Information
Security national security protection includes formation of a state policy in the sphere of spiritual and moral
up-bringing of population as well as prohibiting usage of electronic media broadcasting time for releasing programs
popularizing violence, cruelty and antisocial behavior.
