Abstract: This article is dedicated to the history of ideological divergence between Ferenczi and Freud in views on the nature of trauma and the principles of psychoanalytic treatment. While Ferenczi tried to get a response to traumatic feelings, Freud advocated the "neutral position" of the analyst conducting the treatment in a situation of rejection to satisfy the neurotic needs of the patient. The difficulty in the evaluation of their theories is caused by the fact that both Ferenczi and Freud expressed generally valid clinical views. The author of the present article tries to understand the essence of their differences and identify contribution of Ferenczi's works to contemporary psychoanalysis. The research methodology is based on the critical analysis of the works by Sandor Ferenczi and Sigmund Freud and comparison of their results as well as works written about Sandor Ferenczi by foreign and Russian authors. This allows the author to make some judgements regarding specific problems of the history of psychoanalysis and the culture of a studied epoch. The scientific novelty is caused by the fact that the author appeals to S. Ferenczi methods of psychotherapy in modern psychoanalysis. According to the author, it was Ferenczi who first drew attention to the nature of childhood trauma and humiliation, and came to realize the vital importance of regression in the development of such traumas.

Abstract: The article is devoted to a very topical issue – psychoanalytical process aimed at formation of mature heterosexual male identity. Analysis of the problem of deformed male sexuality based on this particular clinical case raises a question about theoretical interpretation of the role of female identification in biosexual field of male identity. The main stress is made in the sphere of maternity representations as the basic predisposition for formation of intra-psychic female objects necessary for external interactions and building a relationship with a woman. The other aspect typical for unstable male sexuality is a specific complex of fears that changes in the process of psychotherapy. Important role in male sexuality is taken by the issue of homosexuality which central role is to defend from formation of Oedipus sexuality. Main instrument of psychotherapeutic process and the basis for theoretical conclusions is the interpretation of night dreams.

Abstract: Hallucination is one of the most frequently met symptoms of mental diseases. In most cases hallucinations denote a psychopathological disorder. Psychiatrists call hallucinations ‘false perceptions’. Patients see images and objects which don’t exist; they hear words which have never been said; they feel fragrances which have never been there.

Abstract: The purpose of this article is to study psychopathological peculiarities of endogen psychoses that affected 75 patients over 45 years old. The author studied a group of 75 patients who had endogen psychosis after they had turned 45 years old. As a result, the author described and analyzed the three main syndromes of late manifest psychoses: affective delusional, hallucinatory and delusional syndromes. Obtained data proved Romanova and Rostovtseva’s results of studying late schizophrenia saying that the main clinical disorder of the delusional hallucinatory syndrome was verbal hallucinations. Variants of development of psychopathological syndromes usually depend not only on the mechanism of delusion formation but also on different levels of mental disorders. The fact that the aforesaid syndromes have the same pattern in the study is caused by the age dependency — for elderly patients it is important to keep their achieved prosperity and somatic health. The practical value of the study is a proof that age-related vascular disorders of the brain actually influence the manifestation of endogen processes in all groups of syndromes. The fact that variants of development of syndromes do not depend on the age of patients once the syndrome was manifested creates grounds for a hypothesis that the syndrome development depends on premorbid peculiarities.

Abstract: The object of this research is the phenomenon of child depresson viewed from the point of view of the theory and practice. The subject of the research is the psychoanalytical approach to the therapy of child depression and psychoanalytical theories that explain it. The authors of the article give a description of a number of sympthoms demonstrated by depressed children focusing on specific features of their age. This is very important for diagnostics because if criteria that help to diagnose adult depression are used, it is highly possible to ommit cases of depression experienced by a child. In their research the authors have used the psychoanalytical methods that can be used to study mind and, in particular, mind of children, in particular, methods that can be found in researches by M. Klein, D.V. Vinnikotta, F. Dolto. The aim of this research is to demonstrate difficulties expericned by a child during his mental development from birth till latency period. As a result of the research, the authors discover that children with psychomotor instability suffer from archaic anxiety that is triggered by forced immobility and all kinds of limitation fo their physical or mental activity. Depressed children demonstrate a lack of resources, their fantasies are rudimentary, and means of discharging feelings are very brief as if these emotions lack pause and mental processing.

Abstract: Is it true that a fear can conquer anyone without exception? Does it actually have an all-pervading power? Is it actually that deep abyss swallowing up people and nations? And finally, can we actually conquer this feeling or are we doomed to ever drag the chains of terror? Fear accompanies certain epochs in history and forms of people’s social life. There are obvious grounds to suspect that in the course of the universal cosmic evolution human will face new mysteries which will evoke strong emotions and fear in him.

Abstract: This article is devoted to the family abuse of children as the factor that hinders a child's personal growth. The rationale of the research is caused by the importance of self-relation that is formed at teenager age and acts as the basic condition of a child's future socialization success. Emotional and evaluative components of self-attitude are considered as psychological consequences of physical violence applied to adolescents in the family. This article also examined the attitude of parents to adolescents, analyzed the reasons that prompted parents to use this form of punishment. To study the characteristics of adolescents' self-esteem, the SR R. Pantileev's self-attitude research methodology was used. Parents were offered a questionnaire and C. Osgood Personal Differential Inventory to identify the perception of their children. It has been determined that the negative, disrespectful, emotionally cold attitude of parents is connected with the self-attitude of adolescents, their desire to know themselves. Among the critical consequences of violence are indicated the negative properties of the individual, expressed in low self-esteem, a sense of their own uselessness, uselessness, doubts about their own importance. The relationship between parental attitudes and the components of self-adolescent attitudes has also been identified.

Abstract:

Abstract: The authors of the article conducts a comparative research of efficiency of art-therapy and drug therapy when curing headacemenhes caused by osteochondrosis. It is shown that after art-therapy (and drug therapy) both males and females demonstrated positive dynamics in management of headaches, moreover, males showed even better results compared to females. It is proved that art-therapy as a part of integrated treatment raises efficiency of pain management compared to only drug therapy.
