DOI:
10.7256/2454-0714.2013.2.63026

Abstract: the authors rise a problem of finding the optimal binary aperiodic sequences for the target detection tasks. The article presents an algorithm for a complete search “brunch and bound”, introduces a concept of equal transformations, describes it use for computational complexity reduce. The methods of optimization lower the computational complexity of the algorithm through to the usage modern processor instructions, computational graphic clusters, parallelization, batch search.

DOI:
10.7256/2454-0714.2016.2.18463

Abstract: The article deals with the basic of evaluation and indicators of operational safety of buildings and structures. The authors focuses on aspects such as the ability to predict the probability of further operation of buildings on the basis of data about the indicators of reliability, on the methods used in determining these indicators. The article studies the advantages and disadvantages of each method. Particular attention is paid to the urgency of the problem, identify its causes, among which the growth needs of many buildings in the reconstruction and rehabilitation, and the features of the building as complex objects. The paper describes the step by step construction of basic mathematical model, which is used in calculating the reliability of complex systems. Identify the most important problems encountered in the construction of the mathematical model, suggests some existing solutions to these problems. Evaluation of reliability of complex systems is carried out by methods involving the use of data failure and recovery elements obtained during the operation of systems. The scientific novelty is research of reliability, ensure uptime and minimal investment of time and money on technical maintenance and repairs of the building of the specified service life.

Il'in A.V., Kuleshov A.P., Zaretskii A.P., Blinov A.A., Poteryakhina A.V. - Program complex of dynamic wireless monitoring of PQ-cardiointervals

DOI:
10.7256/2454-0714.2015.2.15235

Abstract: The subject of research is the development of software for wireless dynamic monitoring of PQ-interval of electrocardiographic signal, that allows to visualize the results of monitoring in a form convenient for clinicians. In addition to the PQ-cardiointervals monitoring the auhotrs developed a software system that provides visualization and basic interpretation of clinically relevant parameters, such as the area of scattergram, amplitude of cardiogram, electrocardiosignal original spectrum, the amplitude and frequency of the respiratory wave. The proposed set of diagnostically informative parameters allows to monitor and detect electrophysiological atrioventricular conduct disease in real-time. The presented methodology combines research methods of filtering a digital signal processing time series, probability theory, mathematical statistics, medical informatics and software engineering. The developed software package implements the original algorithms of contactless wireless monitoring and recognition of R-wave and PQ-interval of the electrocardiogram. By improving the signal processing, using a combination of quantitative and visual presentations of results of processing, the presented solutioin provides enhanced verification of diseases of the conduction system of the heart on a modern computer hardware and software platform.
Keywords: medical informatics, contactless cardiomonitoring, wireless cardiac monitoring, processing electrocardiosignal, visualization of time series, monitoring of human condition, detection of dangerous conditions, medical diagnostics, mathematical cardiology, biomedical engineering

Oleinikova S.A. - Numerical methods of optimization of project planning with the presence of the time and resource constraints and the generalized resource criteria

DOI:
10.7256/2454-0714.2015.4.17573

Abstract: The objects of the research are the complex service systems, the distinctive feature of which is the stochastic duration of the servicing of the complex of mutually dependent works that define the project. The aim of the work is to develop a schedule of service requests taking into account restrictions on the time of service and on the amount of resources. As an optimization criterion a generalized resource criterion is selected. This criterion allows describing such modes as uniform system load, maximum load, etc depending on the preferences of the user. Methods of building the schedule are based on the numerical algorithms, which are formed with the help of heuristics. This heuristics are determined by the analysis of the existing approaches and specific objectives of the study. As a result the study proposes a complex of numerical methods that constitute the basis of the software for building the schedule service applications. The novelty of the study consists in the application of heuristics that provide a suboptimal schedule in a reasonable time. As one of the applications of the results the article shows the optimization of functioning of the wagon repairing production.
