Abstract: The paper is the result of the thorough research aimed at studying the principles of creation, modeling and practical use of queue-limited mass service systems (MSS) based on the .NET technology platform and implemented using the C# programming language. In the course of the paper, special attention is paid to both single-channel and multi-channel systems. In the introductory part of the article the fundamental concepts of the theory of mass service are considered. The basic characteristics of systems, such as fixed queue length systems, single-channel and multi-channel systems with probability of service failure, systems with unlimited and limited wait times, closed systems, and multi-channel systems with channel-to-channel interaction, are discussed. Detailed examples of C# code are presented to illustrate the class structures used to model both single-channel and multi-channel MSS. Specific scenarios for the use of the presented structures within the framework of MSS modeling are considered. The paper highlights the practical application of mass service systems in solving real-world problems. Using examples from banking and traffic management in telecommunications, it is demonstrated how MSS can contribute to optimizing waiting times and efficient resource management. Prospects for further research in the field of mass service systems are suggested. Given the importance of MSS in various industries such as banking, telecommunications, logistics and many others, the high relevance of the topic is due to the need to find new approaches and methods to improve the efficiency and optimization of these systems. In general, the article is a valuable research material for specialists involved in modeling and practical application of mass service systems.

Abstract: The article proposes an integrated approach to modeling, which consists of the complement of geological models of reservoir with models of infrastructure objects. The authors also present the method of communication between these models in area of the landfill of disposal of liquid oil waste. The proposed approach allows applying the principle of multi-level hierarchy of models of objects for various tasks with an appropriate degree of detail. Using this approach, it is possible to obtain an integrated 3D-model of the deposit or landfill that includes detailed geological static model of the reservoir, dynamic forecasting model of its development or injection of waste, as well as model of ground-based infrastructure of the deposit, with varying degrees of detail. The method developed by authors allows to pair models of different types and to supplement models of geological formations by the technological models of infrastructure. The proposed integrated approach to modeling of deposits and landfills of waste disposal and to the management of the extraction implements the principle of a multi-level hierarchy of models of objects of varying degrees of detail. The developed method of data exchange between models allows supplementing geological models of layers with technological models of objects of ground infrastructure introducing the interfacing of models of different types to create a complex model. This approach allows improving the quality of risk assessment in the performance of the forecast by uniting all specialists into a single system with the aim of increasing the effectiveness of operational management. The application of this approach allows evaluating the full complex of development risks more qualitatively than separate modeling of processes.

Abstract: The developed automated system of information support for nonprofit horticultural partnerships (NHP) is intended for automation of management accounting of the economic activities of NHP. The effective management of the activity of nonprofit horticultural partnerships requires operating full, accurate, objective and timely economic information. This can be achieved through management accounting of the economic activity of NHP. The subject of this research is the methods of automation of control, monitoring and support of the establishment of management reporting of NHP. The object of this research is the information systems functioning within the “client-server” architecture. The research methods include the apparatus of relational algebra, theory of sets, optimization and mathematical statistics. It is noted that the activity of many NHP is carried out in the so-called “manual mode”, i.e. all necessary documents the employees fill by hand, and all calculations are by means of calculator. This substantiates the relevance of this research. Leaning on the conducted comparison of software products-analogues based the Saati method, the software “Info-Accountant for NHP” is chosen as a prototype. The author determines and describes the main algorithms of the developed system, the peculiarity of which is the formation of balance sheet and reports of its implementation, calculation of membership fees, introduction of the function of subsystem of NHP reference books(of the owners of land plots, streets, tariffs, expenditures, etc.). The output data is provided in form of a chart on the display form of the report subsystem. The scientific novelty lies in the suggested approach towards automation of accounting:  development of the forecast for pumping up the budget based on the previous periods.

Abstract: The basic requirements for the on-board complex of the spacecraft for purposes of guidance and landing on small bodies of the solar system are formulated in the work. The main tasks of the landing and landing vehicles are braking and approaching the surface of the celestial body, landing, working on its surface, possibly taking off from the surface to deliver the returned vehicle to the ground. Providing high requirements to the accuracy and reliability of the on-board guidance and landing system, an actual solution is proposed. Using the traditional approach to the modeling of processes and systems, a functional model of the onboard guidance and landing system in IDEF0 notation was created. In the process of creating a functional model, the main processes performed by the complex during descent from orbit and landing are described. As a result of the work, a description of the procedures performed by the multifunctional on-board guidance and landing system of the spacecraft has been obtained. An applied functional model of the "to-be" level was constructed, based on the use of an integrated approach. The proposed integrated approach is focused on the sharing of data from all on-board devices, both basic and backup information. This approach allows to increase the accuracy and reliability of the landing procedure.

Abstract: The continuous development of automated control systems for industrial facilities leads to the emergence of more advanced and complex control algorithms. A natural consequence of the development of control systems (CS) is the use of more complex technical means: sensors, controllers, SCADA and MES systems. Ultimately, the saturation of systems with additional software and hardware leads to a decrease in manageability in general, since software needs to be updated, equipment often fails, needs replacement, etc. Thus, approaches aimed at creating separate, autonomously functioning subsystems are becoming a thing of the past. An integrated, multi-level joint management of the entire infrastructure of the process control system is needed, from the technological facility to the technical infrastructure, which is closely tied to the facility. The article discusses the issues of constructing top-level control subsystems for the process control system, when it is necessary to control directly the software and hardware as part of the process control system. As research methods, simulation and computer modeling was used, which made it possible to evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed approaches and management methods. Also, the research results were verified through the pilot implementation of an automated incident management system based on the proposed approaches in the process of managing a complex technologically object. The novelty of the research lies in the proposed approach to incident management in automated process control systems, which makes it possible to improve the quality of management, reduce management costs, and predict (in some cases) the occurrence of new incidents and take measures to prevent them. Studies have shown the feasibility of using the proposed approach to control complex non-stationary automation systems.

Abstract: electrification of the read transport now days a priority in the development of science, technology and engineering due to the many factors and risks such as climate change, health of the people, energy dependence, cost of the raw materials. When operating the electric and hybrid vehicles it is important to control the magnetic field in real time, for example, for fire and electromagnetic safety. This article presents a developed method of magnetic field measurement on board of the electric vehicle with consideration of the specific of these fields. The method is based on the differential methods of measurement and minimizes the quantity of magnetometric sensors.

Abstract: The subject of the research is the automatic collision detection mechanism of the manipulator mechanism, with restricted zones used in the knowledge base of intelligent robot control systems. The object of the study is the area of allowed configurations defined in the space of generalized coordinates. The authors consider in detail such aspects as the parametric specification of the area of allowed configurations in the presence of forbidden zones in the working space of the manipulator mechanism. It is proposed to use a sufficient condition for determining the collisions of the manipulator mechanism and the forbidden zones, based on the use of the area of allowed configurations. The research methodology is based on the study of sections defining the shape and position of the region of allowed configurations. All allowed configurations in the space of generalized coordinates are displayed as a geometric object. This geometric object is specified in an analytical way by using several kinematic surfaces that limit it. The simulation results are given, which allowed us to develop a parametric method for specifying a set of sections that define the shape and position of the region of allowed configurations for different positions of the forbidden zones. The main conclusion of the study is to reduce the calculation time of test tasks related to virtual modeling of the movement of the Varan mobile robot arm mechanism using the developed mechanism for collision detection of the mechanism with the environment. A special contribution of the authors to the study of the topic is the development of a parametric method for defining the area of allowed configurations used in the intelligent control of the motion of the manipulator mechanism in a previously known external environment. The novelty of the research lies in the development of a more productive method for analyzing information on the position of the manipulator mechanism and forbidden zones on the basis of the obtained analytical dependencies.

Abstract: The subject of research is the intellectual system for controlling the movement of the hand of an android robot in the presence of forbidden zones in the working space. The object of research is the automatic collision detection mechanism of the hand of an android robot, with obstacles at the level of virtual motion simulation. The authors examine in detail such aspects of the topic as determining the conditions of collisions based on the use of the area of allowed configurations and the synthesis of movements excluding the occurrence of dead ends in relation to the movement of the arm of an android robot. Particular attention is paid to the development of an analytical method for specifying the area of allowed configurations in the space of generalized coordinates in the presence of a previously known forbidden zone in the workspace. In this case, the space of generalized coordinates is given by the axes, in the direction of which they lay the angles defining the angular displacements in the rotational kinematic pairs. The research methodology is based on the calculation and analytical task of two-dimensional sections that define the area of allowed configurations. These sections are proposed to be specified using the sets of triangles. A special contribution of the authors to the study of the topic is the development of a generalized method for analytically specifying the area of allowed configurations. The obtained analytical dependences allow you to specify the area of allowed configurations, which is the knowledge base for intelligent control of the movement of the hand mechanism in a previously known external environment. The novelty of the research lies in the use of the area of allowed configurations in the synthesis of the trajectory in the space of generalized coordinates, which allows for the correction of the movement of the android robot arm in order to foresee and eliminate dead ends in the synthesis of movements along the velocity vector.

Abstract: The subject of scientific research presented in this publication is a logical model and computer-computing infrastructure, including specialized software used to build a management database, determine, record and verify versions of deployed software and configurations of all computing elements, as well as a description of the relationships between these elements in globally distributed cloud information systems. The object of this study was chosen globally-distributed cloud information production infrastructure with numerous service equipment and large data flows of the company RingCentral (USA). The author of the article examines in detail the main aspects of the organization of the effective maintenance of the information cloud environment consisting of tens of thousands of virtual servers. Special attention is paid to the developed methods of integration of disparate computing systems containing reliable data about the information environment, but not intersecting among themselves. The developed methods for constructing a database of configuration parameters management in information systems were presented in the form of reports and presentations at international scientific seminars and conferences, where the scientific novelty and effectiveness of the proposed methods for servicing the globally distributed cloud information processing complex were noted. The use of the developed methods in RingCentral, has reduced the current costs associated with the organization of maintenance of the globally distributed information complex as a whole by thirty percent.

Abstract: Automated management system for healthcare institutions “Patient” is designed for automating the routines of the personnel of medical facility in accordance with the latest standards and orders of examinations, diagnosis and treatment. The authors note that one of the most important elements of the system is electronic patient record. Automated management system for healthcare institutions “Patient” uses hierarchical descriptive patterns to fill electronic patient record. This option allows to fully describe the patient, because the depth of nested levels is unlimited. The article states that after the development of the storage method for electronic patient record the interface for entering data about the patient’s condition was designed and there were two possibilities: the screen form and tree of descriptions. The screen form is the standard way of filling the electronic medical record while the tree of descriptions makes full use templates. The conclusion about the state of the patient in electronic medical record is the diagnosis, defined on the basis of medical history and results of examinations.
