Dianov S.A., Dianova Y.V. - Professional Author's Training Methods Computer-Graphic Modeling for Participants of the Advanced Engineering School pp. 1-13

DOI:
10.7256/2454-0676.2023.3.39807

Abstract: The article presents a research view on the features of the organization of the process of teaching computer-graphic modeling for participants in the educational process within the framework of an advanced engineering school. It is shown that this direction is not innovative and the creative teams of university engineering schools have already gained some experience in quickly solving typical problems in the process of advanced training of a highly qualified specialist. At the same time, the authors of the article draw attention to circumstances that significantly limit the achievement of ambitious goals pursued in the implementation of pilot educational programs. The application of the participants of the advanced engineering school to bridge the gap between theory and practice looks especially declarative, given that the formation of even basic skills (spatial thinking) for many members of elite engineering training groups requires significant time costs. Today, in Russian universities, this problem is solved by traditional methodological methods as part of the teaching of the discipline "Engineering Geometry and Computer Graphics". The author's methods of teaching computer-graphic modeling outlined in the article are addressed to innovative teachers who realistically assess their capabilities when developing their own design educational products for students who have made a conscious choice in favor of an advanced engineering school. The article was written based on the results of approbation of the author's pedagogical initiatives in the educational process of the university (Perm Polytechnic University).

Dianov S.A., Lesevitskii A.V. - Methodological Aspects of the Process of Digitization of the Education System in the XXI Century pp. 84-97

DOI:
10.25136/2409-8728.2023.3.39857

Abstract: The author discusses methodological aspects of digitalization of the education system in Russia. The author's research team focuses on the philosophical-anthropological and socio-pedagogical dimensions of the studied phenomenon of the XXI century. It is shown that in the field of education, the first steps towards digital literacy of all participants in educational relations were made back in the late 1990s. During this period, this process was called "informatization" of the educational environment of educational institutions. The transition to the introduction of a wide range of information and computer technologies into the pedagogical process took place during the implementation of the first national project "Education" (2005-2010). In the 2010s, big data analytics, the all-encompassing use of artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things, testing the possibilities of virtual and augmented reality, the use of 3-D printing in teaching – these and other new technologies allowed us to move to a new stage in the development of the Russian education sector. The formation of the educational environment in the context of digital transformation encourages understanding of the prospects and significant risks that the digitization process brings to the consumer society. The use of philosophical and anthropological analysis allowed the authors to identify the following risks: the risk of the formation of an individual with a "one-dimensional consciousness" in the educational environment, the tendency of the destruction of the ideological matrix of personality under the influence of digitisation, the risk of destructive transformation of the role of the teacher with the subsequent replacement of the latter with "gadgets" and software shells with "artificial intelligence", the risk of dictate from the "technocrats-developers" of educational content, the risk of worsening the health of students due to the adverse effects of digital technologies.

Dianov S.A., Dianova Y.V. - Humanitarian Education and Political Education in a Non-Humanitarian University: the View of a Higher School Teacher pp. 1-9

DOI:
10.7256/2454-0676.2023.2.39827

Abstract: The subject of the study is the dynamics of changes taking place in the architecture of humanitarian education in Russian educational institutions of higher education in the XXI century. The article is written on the basis of the author's experience in teaching social and humanitarian academic disciplines. It is shown that in the 2000s, in non-humanitarian universities, the main emphasis was placed on teaching and developing the basics of political, sociological and cultural knowledge among students. The humanitarian presence in the curricula of the specialty made it possible to achieve intermediate goals of political education. In the subsequent period of time, knowledge about politics and the political structure of the country, about civic heroism and patriotism turned out to be on the periphery of professional educational routes of students. The authors note that currently, at the initiative of the Ministry of Education of Russia, the key foundations of humanitarian education are being revised. The number of classroom hours for studying the history of Russia and the main milestones of world history is increasing, work has begun on the introduction of the discipline "Fundamentals of Russian Statehood" into the educational process. At the same time, there is an obvious demand for systematic profile retraining of the teaching staff of non-humanitarian universities. The article contains specific proposals for the implementation of measures aimed at political education and civic education of all participants in the educational process at the university. Special attention is paid to postgraduate training in the political science field.

Dianov S.A., Dianova Y.V. - Value and Semantic Grounds for Obtaining Education in the Postgraduate Course of the National Research University pp. 14-21

DOI:
10.25136/2409-8701.2023.2.39896

Abstract: The article deals with a range of issues related to motivation factors for admission to graduate school and behavioral reactions in the process of studying under the programs of scientific specialties in a modern national research university. Using the example of the implementation of postgraduate programs in political sciences at a technical university, the key motives of young specialists to continue their studies at the university are revealed. The features of the motivational and value sphere of graduate students mastering the training curriculum and performing the tasks of research work are determined. The reasons for expulsion from graduate school, the reasons for failure in the educational program, as well as the motives for frequent academic leave are analyzed. The article presents arguments in favor of the author's hypothesis about the need to develop postgraduate studies in the humanities and social sciences in technical universities. Political science education contributes not only to the conscious choice of the profession of an engineer or a highly qualified specialist for state and municipal service bodies. A young researcher gets the opportunity to recognize the value-semantic grounds for working in the organization of higher education. A potential high school teacher develops stable ideas about pedagogical ethics, about the psychology of communication with students of different age groups, about the inadmissibility of forms of deviant behavior when performing professional tasks.

Dianov S.A. - Political Science Education in the Educational Environment of University: Valuable Semantic Foundations pp. 73-81

DOI:
10.7256/2454-0617.2023.1.39902

Abstract: Political science education over the past thirty years has become the most important element of the humanitarian sphere of the Russian university. At the same time, a discussion continues in the scientific and pedagogical community about the status of political science education in the professional training of specialists in demand for the country, masters and research teachers. One of the main questions postulated in the expert community is to determine the role of the science of politics in preventing the emergence of conflict situations in the educational space of the university on the basis of the "politicization" of the worldview positions of participants in educational relations. The transition in 2010-2020 to a competency-based model for the implementation of basic professional educational programs and the introduction of project technologies in the educational process led to a serious transformation of the architecture of education and upbringing at the university. The article presents arguments in favor of the author's hypothesis about the need to introduce programs of political and legal education at leading universities for all participants in the educational process. The author comes to the conclusion that the approbation of such programs will qualitatively update the content of the educational work of innovative teachers and methodologically strengthen the cultural component in the professional outlook of students. The educational component is also emphasized. The content of the programs should include didactic materials containing recommendations on how to quickly respond to typical conflict situations on the grounds of a mismatch of political orientations among the youth. The materials contained in the article are addressed to graduate students, young professionals and researchers of higher education.

Dianov S.A., Dianova Y.V. - Improving the System of Legal and Civic Education of Students in Higher Education Institutions pp. 30-40

DOI:
10.7256/2454-0676.2023.1.39912

Abstract: The subject of the authors' research is the problem of improving the mechanisms of legal education and civic education of students in educational institutions of higher education. Attention is drawn to the presence of legal education (personal adaptation programs) scenarios for students in advanced Russian universities. At the same time, the formal nature of such programs is recognized as their abstraction from the existing realities in the university's educational environment. It is emphasized that in the professional-pedagogical community back in the early 2000s, by no means were difficult questions postulated about what performance indicators of legal and civic education in higher education should consist of. An equally important topic for discussion is the complexity of organizational and regulatory nature in determining the criteria for the effectiveness of legal education methods which are proposed for training sessions. The authors of the article formulated project proposals intended for practical application in implementing legal education and civic education strategies of students at universities, taking into account the profile of the leading professional educational programs being implemented. The author's programs on regulatory and legal support of education (professional, profile) for students of pedagogical, law enforcement, and technical (engineering) universities are described.

Dianov S.A., Poluyanova O.G., Chegodaev V.P. - Geocultural branding as a tool for solving the crisis state of the socio-economic sphere of a rural settlement pp. 63-73

DOI:
10.7256/2454-0617.2022.1.37740

Abstract: In this article, geocultural branding of territories is considered in the context of the theory of political management, which can be used in solving the problems of the socio-economic sphere of rural settlement. In the scientific literature, insufficient attention is paid to the branding of Russian rural settlements. Individual stories can be found only in the publications of specialists in the field of marketing territories. According to the author's point of view, a progressive solution that allows creating conditions for sustainable socio-economic development in a rural settlement is the development and implementation of a geocultural branding strategy for the settlement. On the example of the village of Bard, a large rural settlement of the Perm Region, measures for the development of a geocultural strategy and brand are proposed. Among the image resources of the village, unique natural places, craft traditions, national ornaments, mythologems of the Tulva district, as well as art objects as an organic part of the public spaces of the settlement are singled out separately. The historical personality of the Tatar poet Gabdulla Tukai (the beginning of the XX century) is proposed as the "genius of the place". The geocultural brand "Barda ‒ mirror of the Perm land" was developed based on the poetic creativity of G. Tukai. Barda can really be considered a mirror of the Permian land. Good-neighborly relations between ethnic communities have historically developed here, religious tolerance has taken place in everyday life, traditional types of economy and life have developed. The concept of geocultural branding of territories was used as a methodological basis (D.N. Zamyatin).

Dianova Y.V., Dianov S.A. - Funfair past and present for geocultural branding of Ural cities pp. 60-72

DOI:
10.25136/2409-8744.2020.3.32836

Abstract: The subject of this research is the funfair past and present for geocultural branding of Ural cities. The object is the geocultural potential of small historical Ural cities – Irbit and Krasnoufimsk. In the course of study it was established that in modern urban space there are noticeable creative initiatives that demonstrate an alternative vision of image of the city and its local communities (production, consumer, artistic). It is underlined that geocultural resources of the city is a fusion of particular natural-landscape and sociocultural resources that permanently “provoke” arrangement of a situation for a creative action – determination of latent capabilities of these resources and their subsequent utilization for the purpose of testing new promising suggestions, are useful for artistic self-expression, as well as mending an effective strategy for geocultural branding of the city. Solution of the indicated problems leans on the concept of geocultural branding of the city and territories in the forma that it was described in scientific writings of D. N. Zamyatin, as well as on the theory of creative city of C. Landry, namely the thesis on creative action. The scientific novelty consists in demonstration of potential application of the concept of geocultural branding to a funfair action. Shifting away from the traditional understanding of designation of funfair, its recognition as the generator of “creative energy” of the city, the center of cultural and artistic activity of the people, allows finding consensual solutions between the local authorities, business communities and creative groups.
