Pritulin, R.V. Formation of Russian criminal legislation on responsibility for intellectual property violations.

Abstract: This publication casts light upon the early stage of formation of the Russian criminal legislation on protection of intellectual property from criminal encroachment. This publication includes analysis of the acts of the Russian Empire, which established criminal responsibility for the intellectual property violations, as well as the views of a number of scientists on some novelties in this sphere.
