Morozov, A.I. Normative bases for criminal legal policy for the protection of minors from the encroachments on their normal development.

Abstract: Review: the article includes analysis of the system of criminal legal norms, which are aimed to protect the minors from criminal encroachment. The author classifies them, establish some systemic problems, analyzes object and contents of Chapter 20 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, and makes offers to amend and improve these provisions.
