Abstract: In the context of the constantly occurring scientific and technological revolution, the fight against illegal handling of high-risk material objects is becoming increasingly important. This is one of the important directions of criminal law policy due to the multiplicity of objects of legal protection that may be harmed by such objects, the increasing number and varieties of such objects, the increase in the number of accidents, catastrophes, challenges to law and order using such objects.
