Abstract: Currently, in our country, a huge number of takeovers and mergers of enterprises take place with gross violations of the rule of law, often in an openly criminal manner. As a result, economic instability, tension in the social sphere, an unfavorable investment climate, and a lack of long–term investments that ensure economic growth in the future. What are the possible solutions to the existing problems?
