Abstract:
The main subject of the article is an ideological aspect of Private Committee's activity. The Private Committee presents an assembly of "young friends" of the emperor Alexander I in the beginning of XIX century. Alexander I and his "young friends" had an intention to improve the administration, to fix the social rights and to describe the changes in the constitution - the main law of empire.
