Abstract: Directions of improvement of administrative and legal regulation of bank exposure and important elements in the basis of classification of bank exposure are a type/form of a commercial bank. Taking into account the direction of improvement of administrative and legal regulation of banking activities we can now talk about the three types/forms of commercial banks: specialized, branch and universal.
