Abstract: The article analyzes the main tendencies in prosecutor’s prevention related to law enforcement in the sphere of atmosphere air protection and describes their essence. The author makes certain suggestions on amendments of the Federal law ‘Concerning Prosecutor’s Office in the Russian Federation’.
