Krokhina, Yu. A. Means of Legal Defense against Unfair Competition

Abstract: It is impossible to eliminate prerequisites and causes of unfair competition but it is possible to nullify or weaken its activity by the means of state interference (regulation and supervision). Direct methods of struggling against unfair competition include prohibition and pursuit of such competition as a violation of law. Sold guarantees in the sphere of economic crimes is the must when forming modern economy based on fair competition and aimed at satisfaction of consumers’ needs in the first place.
