Abstract:
Ongoing administrative reform in Russia is accompanied with optimization and significant changes of federal, regional and municipal property. Moreover, processes of redistribution of public domain caused an unprecedented number of judicial disputes mainly between authorities of different levels. Based on a critical analysis of law enforcement practice, the author of the article studied the key problems in this sphere and suggested certain ways to solve them
