Sarkisov, A. K. Russian State Corporation ‘Bank for Development and Foreign Economic Affairs’ and its Role in Regulation of Consequences of the World Financial Crisis

Abstract: The article considers the legal status of the Russian Bank for Foreign Economic Affairs as a state corporation and its functions of a state agent in the sphere of credits and finances. The author also described the role of the Bank in regulating consequences of the world financial crisis in Russia.
