Abstract:
the study of evolution of approaches and theoretical conceptions lying in the basis of educational reforms in Latin America over the past 20 years have shown that the mentioned above countries are developing in several directions but mainly aiming at raising the role of education as a factor of economically stable and socially oriented development as well as at improving management, reaching the ‘basic education for all’, modernization of training process, insuring the links between education and labour market and reinforcement of international cooperation
