Abstract:
This article is devoted to topical issues of development and approval of administrative regulation for the performance of the state functions within the activities of the internal affairs bodies. The author considers, that currently these functions are not supported by administrative regulations. In particular, the author criticizes the activities of the internal affairs bodies in the sphere of licensing.
