Karpukhin, D.V. Administrative legal regulation of activities of the state housing inspection in the Russian Federation

Abstract: The article is devoted to normative legal aspects of the activities of the State Housing Inspection bodies of the Russian federation. The author points out, that in the process of law-enforcing activities of this body its functions were interpreted broadly. The supreme judicial instances explained that these bodies have a right to address the courts with the claims to evict persons from their housing.
