Tomyuk O.N. - Creativity through the prism of the unconscious in S. Freud's concept of psychoanalysis pp. 11-20

DOI:

Abstract: The modernizing global world with new sociocultural practices actualizes the study of creativity as a constitutive phenomenon of human personality in the context of the challenges of modern era. The object of this research is creativity as a cultural phenomenon. The subject is creativity in the S. Freud's concept of psychoanalysis. In the era of change and uncertainty, when the role of creativity is increasing, the ideas of S. Freud acquire special significance. The article considers the unconscious in the context of the social, in correlation with social factors and as a key position in creativity. The theoretical and methodological framework of the study includes cultural-historical and comparative methods. The systemic approach allowed viewing the phenomenon of creativity as a system in combibation of elements. The author also used the methods of analogy, analysis, comparison, and generalization. The discovered by Freud mechanism of sublimation is considered through the lens of creativity, as a way of redirecting energy displaced into the field of the unconscious by social factors, the sphere of creativity. The psychoanalytic concept serves as the methodological basis for explaining creativity as a complex process in combination of the conscious and unconscious.

Dubovitskii V. - Phantasm in Freudian and aesthetic unconscious pp. 36-52

DOI:
10.7256/2454-0757.2017.5.20621

Abstract:   Based on the ideas expressed by J. Rancière in the work “Aesthetic Unconscious”, this article reveals the essential role of phantasm as a component of aesthetic structure in literature art. At the same time. The author discusses the founded on the unconscious intentions and has compulsory power work of fantasy, the product of which is the phantasm. Freud’s theory determines such peculiarities of fantasy that are stipulated by its aesthetic potential. Leaning on the ideas of J. Rancière, the article identifies the points of common and divergence Freudian and aesthetical unconscious. Thus, special attention is given to the topic of des Unheimlichen in Freudian and aesthetic unconscious. The novel of N. Gogol “Viy” manifests as a unique literary source for the study of this topic. Storylines of the text hold central place in interpretation of the space of unheimlich-phantasm. The author also touches upon the theme of appropriateness of the psychological interpretations in fiction alongside the so-called “dream realm”, which due to the coexistence of Freudian and aesthetic unconscious obtains more in-depth meaning. Phantasm becomes inscribed into the aesthetic structure of the oeuvre in such way that the libido (of an artist, reader, or spectator) attains a form of this particular phantasm and the corresponding to it images. This is crucially important due to the fact that Freud, perceiving the aesthetic from the perspective of formal attractiveness, in its aesthetic aspect, allocated the place of merely “alluring prize” to the actual creative form.

Kasumov T.K. - Anxiety as such and as a concept pp. 36-48

DOI:
10.7256/2454-0757.2017.10.22194

Abstract: The object of this research is the anxiety as such, the matter that derives from metaphysical; while the subjects is the attitude to human anxiety, where significance lies in the desires, expectations, and fear.  Objectification of anxiety is realized through the notions of “structure” and “meaning”. The three types of anxiety are determined: as mysterious action; as eventfulness; as total fear. In the concept of anxiety, the abundance of meanings expresses its essence, as they absorb the sensory experience and give the thought a problematic point of localization of the sensory and the intellectual. The author leans on the fact that anxiety is the “chipped” from fear psychic component, which throughout the centuries, experiences the impact of diverse cultures, and remained contingent upon fear. Methodology of this work is based on the metaphysical interrogation and epistemological analysis; the semantic language of anxiety develops in accordance with the philosophical traditions. Moving in circle in examination of the philosophical issues of anxiety, the author suggests the original conceptual scheme of shifting from anxiety as such towards the anxiety as a concept. Manifesting as an act of “grasping”, the concept contains variations with the distinct basic elements – expectation, desire, and fear. However, as a mystery, the anxiety does not fit the Procrustean bed of the concept. Thus is remains an object of interrogation rather that rational comprehension, since the study of anxiety implies everything associated with behavioral, and does not come across the archetypical.

Kletskin M.V. - Psychological aspect of realization of the value relation pp. 45-53

DOI:
10.7256/2454-0757.2017.11.22549

Abstract: The subject of this research is the role of unconscious reasoning in the process of cognition and realization of the value relations. The author thoroughly examines the “ontological function” of the unconscious as an interlink between the existing and its conscious in form of the actual being, as well as the term “unconscious” in teachings of Freud and Aristotle. The author reveals the ontological grounds of understanding world that surrounds a human. Attention is focused on the formation of psychological motivation in realization of the value relation. The article substantiates the need for considering the psychological factors in establishment of the scientific image of the world. Based on the analysis of philosophical concepts of the unconscious thinking, it is determined that the unconscious being can be interpreted as a mediating link in ontological perception of the existing and its apprehension. Concept of the unconscious allowed clarifying the ontological structure of formation of the surrounding world from another perspective, as well as give a crucially new explanation to the psychological nature of value relation.

Gaynutdinov T.R. - Cartesianism and Psychoanalysis

DOI:
10.7256/2454-0757.2015.2.14332

Abstract: The article considers the mutual relationship between certain provisions and ideas in cartesianism and psychoanalysis. By anayzing various texts of Descartes and Freud, the author shows the influence of cartesianism on the key concepts of psychoanalysis. The article is focused on such categories as 'repression' and 'trace'. The author shows that cartesianism already deals with a completely new definition of temporalization and criticises metaphysics of presence which was further developed by psychoanalysis and deconstruction. The article refers to the structure of Cartesian discourse focusing on the metaphor of the "true path" which serves as the methodological basis and reference point of Descartes' philosophy. The philosophy of Descartes already contains the paradigmal orientation at the rejection of the definition of existence as something present. Long before Freud he showed that the trace is not only a simple investment in the project of presence but it is the structure that makes repression possible. Appealing to the phenomenon of memory in Descartes' philosophy, the author shows that the fundamental disintegration of the Cartesian subject can be already found at this level.
