Guseva, O.V. - European Union: legal regulation of direct foreign investments. pp. 0-0
Abstract: One of the leaders in the transnational investments flow is the European Union. The European Union has 40% of the accumulated direct investments. In the present time there is a reason to consider triple- polar global structure of direct foreign investments: USA, European Union, Japan. Close examination of the Maastricht treaty and the specification wording shows that henceforth in accordance with the European Union law the foundation and liquidation of investments carried out inside and outside of the European Union are being liberalized. Abstract: The process of introduction of the peacemaking as an institution became a lawful consequence of development of the powers of the Security Council of the UN. The peacemaking is not included into the UN Charter, but it did appear within the process of activities of the Security Council on ensuring international peace and security, and it continues to develop. This article is devoted to analysis of the process of formation of this institution, as well as the definition of peace-making, the author also attempts to classify peace-making operations. Abstract: This article includes positions on regional aspects of formation and realization of the policy of stable development at the regional level in Russia. The analysis allows to see, that in the new economic conditions the solution of ecological problems is only possible based upon the implementation of goal-oriented complex programs of development of regions of Russia. The state support should be provided selectively, that is, for specific programs, which are recognized as economically effective. Currently the effective protection of environment and ensuring the security system of the state are impossible without the systemic approach.
