Abstract: Up to the present works by a famous Orthodox missionary Jannes Vostorgov havn’t been sufficiently studied. The last senior priest of the Pokrovsky Cathedral of the Kremlin was executed by Bolsheviks in 1918. Supporting the monarchy of Russia, Joannes Vostorgov proposed his own conception of absolute supremacy based on realization of the Russian Orthodox idea through national identity. This article is devoted to the analysis of those historical and philosophical views.

Abstract: The article represents the authors’ procedures of realization of the system approach to studying political developments, The authors described the order of construction of a conceptual model of integrated system of political developments. This system is a mean towards reaching a desired goal. Herein, political developments are viewed as a subsystem of the bigger political system. The authors also described the ‘target program’ approach to implementing (improving and developing) political developments.

Abstract: The authors of the article summarized the series of articles about the role of Komsomol in the spiritual life of Russian society during the first post-war decade. The main conclusion the researches made suggested the following: during the first post-war decade young people (at least Komsomol) had been an active participant of the social life. Social activity of the youth was directly connected with the youth’s ability to create something new and change the reality.

Abstract: Education of disabled children is based on the principles mentioned in the law ‘On Protection of Handicaps’ N 75-534 from June, 30, 1975. According to the law, the government is responsible for teaching disabled children and such children should study in usual schools if their condition allows it.

Abstract: This is the final article in a serious of articles devoted to the ethnic and conventional conflict in Crimea (See Politics and Society N 2, 3 and 4, 2009). The author made an attempt to throw light on the tension in international and inter religious relationships in the region as a result of the Ukrainian policy carried out in the 90th. Special attention is given to describing Turkey’s and other countries’ activity towards using Crimea for their own purposes.
