Abstract:
This article provides a cultural and ethnographic description of the Druze ethnic group. The author analyzes the
demographic aspects, the present distribution of the Druze in the Middle East, cultural and religious grounds of Druzes’ ethnic
identity, grounds of social cohesion between community members.
