Abstract: The present article describes the process of institutionalization of the dialogue between the state institution and civil society in modern  Russia. The emphasis is made on the theoretical and methodological basis of institutionalization of the dialogue-oriented interaction between the state institution and civil society. Dialogue between the state institution and civil society in modern Russia is compared to the civil dialogue in the EU. The author of the article also describes the mechanisms of feedback in the process of communication between the government and society.    

Abstract: The article describes the new paradigm constituting an innovative approach to studying political environment. The author considers special features of formation of paradigm knowledge in  modern political science. It is noted that the new paradigm depends on the development of the political phenomenon as well as the views on political entirety and political structure. The author shows how important the new paradigm is for further development of political theory.

The author describes several practical and theoretical approaches to studying Internet modernization in a newly created information society, analyzes the results of the research of political modernization and proves the basis for researching the processes of political Internet modernization. 

Abstract: The article is devoted to the analysis of labor migration of the Ukranian youth during the transitional period and description of possible causes of this phenomenon. Based on the analysis, the author concludes that the Ukranian labor migration is the result of socio-economic inequality and insecurity as mechanisms of social exclusion and it is the 'pushing out' factor that forces the Ukranian youth to look for a job abroad. For this purpose, the author analyzes such problems as the level of poverty in the Ukraine during the transitional period, inequal opportunities of young people to get access to the labor market, educatinal element of social inequality, socio-economic inequality as the migration drivers and etc. To define the level of social exclusion of the Ukranian youth, the author of the article used the diagrams featuring the main human rights. The author states that the labor migration should not be viewed as an efficient method of solving the problem of poverty and unemployment because it does not cure the contributing countries from their social and economic diseases that force the national to leave their motherland with the economic migraton flow. 

Abstract: Viewing development of state and legal institutions of Russia from the point of view of politics and history allows to understand the place and role of succession and innovations in improving the regulatory system of the modern Russian society. Political and legal context of historical researches in the sphere of state and law becomes very important when we talk about patterns, understanding and applicatin of the political and legal method in studying history of state and law. 

Abstract: The article is devoted to the regional features of improving human potential and social wealth of population. The emphasis is made on discovering anthroposocial basis of human - categorial system defined by human life and his social relations. The issues of human potential and social wealth touch upon practically all human life. In the article the author aso gives the main criteria for defining regional features of human potential and social wealth development.
