Katanskij S.A., Kolobaev S.A. - Psychological security of the individual in the social processes of career growth pp. 40-49

DOI:

Abstract: The problem of ensuring psychological health in the process of building a career and professional growth is a significant task of scientific and practical work. Automation of business processes dictates the restructuring of not only the structure and data flows, but also imposes increased requirements on the security and stability of the employee's working condition. A person as a member of a team or an independent unit in different periods of the life cycle may experience adverse effects of sociodynamics. A feature of scientific analysis is the consideration of the problem within the framework of career growth, that is, dynamically deploying the labor process in an organization with a lot of incoming and outgoing data. The concept of "restraining mechanisms" is proposed as a way to protect the individual from the destructive phenomena of modern business on the psychological health of a person. Deterrent mechanisms are socio–psychological states, properties and processes of ensuring psychological, social, financial, mental and other security. These include the transition from one social class to another or reaching a new socio-professional and material-economic level as a result of changing jobs, the accumulation of a "critical mass" of experience that allows you to make transitions to new places of work, the acquisition of new experience of social interaction, a new level of opportunities in overcoming geographical distances, the ability to form a balance in terms of time and effort for work activities and personal time, reflection on oneself and the ongoing social processes, finding new contacts with the old former circle of communication, finding a new picture of the world, etc. Thus, the aspects of psychological security of the individual in the processes of career development are shown and the directions of its formation are proposed.

DOI:

Abstract: The economy and society currently pose a question of career building of in the significant social groups. Job market is characterized by the emergence of new professions along with a range of new competencies developed at the intersection of various disciplines. Educational institutions do not always prepare their students for real life, and therefore, a graduate or a person with work experience challenge to find employment. In light of the non-transparency and non-uniformity of the job market, as well as devaluation of the continuity of knowledge and experience from the university to the employer, quire ambiguous criteria are imposed upon the potential employee. As a result, large and complex projects can be completed with irrelevant specialists, and persons with work experience and a desire to continue their career building may be left out. Based on the socio-psychological analysis, the author proposes the term of the “closed door phenomenon”, which literally means subjective and objective obstacles in entering a significant social group and striking roots therein. The article offers a definition of the “closed door phenomenon” as a set of behavioral patterns of a person and responses of the reference social groups. The article explores the origin, phenomenology, and key aspects of career building problems, which are referred to as “closed door phenomenon”.  Classification of the proposed solutions is carried out. The author describes the socio-psychological mechanisms of interpretation and correction of unfavorable psychological and professional phenomena in career building within the framework of natural selection.

DOI:
10.7256/2454-0692.2016.5.17792

Abstract: The research object is the integral wave motion system. The research subject is the theta waves fighting (or vibration fight) phenomenon within the integral wave motion system. Among the variety of approaches to the theory and methods of martial arts, the new vibration fighting (or theta fighting) approach is standing out within the integral wave motion system. It is based on the methodological principle of the wave of muscles transformations or a logical combination of muscular straining and relaxation in different parts of the body, leading to the actualization of reserve abilities of the body, hitting power strengthening, increase of speed and strength endurance, mental stability and the improvement of social adaptation of a person. The vibration fighting system within the integral wave motion system is only a part of the system, which includes the problems of improvement of social communication, optimization of gender and role relations, the issues of personal growth and psychological self-regulation. The research method is theoretical reconstruction of the sources on the integral wave motion system, the analysis of practical results of application of the vibration fighting method, the comparison and systematization of scientific facts. The authors analyze and generalize the use of theta waves fighting and recommend the inclusion of theta fight training into the process of cadets training. The theta ways fighting system doesn’t substitute the general martial arts training, but supplements it with the mental stability training component.

N. Manolova's temperament and character questionnaire, acmeography of the level of self-actualization, self-realization and professional skills in sport (V. G. Zazykin,I. N. Noss) and self-actualization test (E. Shostr). The methods of the formative assessment and interpretation of the received results are also applied. The results of research ha brve beenought in a database (EXCEL) and exposed to the statistical correlation and factorial analysis by means of the IBM SPSS Statistics 20 program. The results demonstrate that the most relevant diagnostic methods of studying physicality are the semi-standardized interview, self-assessment and ranging of physical parameters. Options of correlations of the received variables and factor loadings of the physicaity phenomenon are shown.
