Abstract: The subject of this research is the philosophical and religious views of S. N. Bulgakov in the context of crisis of the European metaphysics. The doctrine of F. Nietzsche is viewed as the sign expression of the crisis of European metaphysics. The author conducts a comparative analysis of the conceptual development of S. N. Bulgakov and F. Nietzsche; as well as the views of both thinkers upon the questions of God, Christianity, culture, history, and humanity. Special attention is given to the questions of ontology, pursuing correlation between the philosophers’ approaches towards solution of the problem of existence, unity and diversity. The article apples the methodological principles and patterns of philosophical comparativism, semiotic analysis, and approaches of ontological research. The main conclusion lies in the thesis on the proximity of conceptual horizons and initial situation of the formation and evolution of the philosophical and religious ideas of S. N. Bulgakov and F. Nietzsche. The author underlines that the main intention in the doctrines of both philosophers is the vector towards overcoming the gap between transcendent and immanent. Faritov V.T., Balakleets N.A. - The ontology of law and economy (postmetaphysical trends in the teachings of G. W. F. Hegel and S. N. Bulgakov pp. 59-71

DOI:
10.25136/2409-8728.2018.12.28313

Abstract: The subject of this article is the ontological grounds of the phenomena of legal and economic activities. The research material is based on the conceptual modelling of G. W. F. Hegel and S. N. Bulgakov. A comparative analysis of Hegel’s “Philosophy of Law” and Bulgakov’s “Philosophy of Economy” is conducted. The foundation and conceptual horizon of the comparative analysis is the idea of crisis in the European metaphysics and search for ways of overcoming it within the Russian philosophy. Therefore, main attention is given to explication of the crisis occurrences in Western metaphysics and postmetaphysical trends in Russian philosophy. The authors apply the methodological principles, paradigms of philosophical comparativism, principles of historical-philosophical study, and method of historical-philosophical reconstruction. The main conclusion lies in the thesis that with regards to the European metaphysics, the thought of S. N. Bulgakov (along with many other representatives of the Russian religious philosophy, beginning with V. S. Solovyev) is in a complicated state of attraction and repulsion. The research demonstrates that what for Hegel is the superior stage of self-comprehension of the spirit (state, law), for the Russian philosophers is just a perishable moment.

Faritov V.T. - Creativity and transgression in N. A. Berdyaev’s teaching: paths of Russian philosophy in light of the crisis of European metaphysics pp. 120-131

DOI:
10.25136/2409-7144.2017.5.21468

Abstract: This article examines interrelation between the Russian philosophy and the crisis of European metaphysics based on analysis of N. A. Berdyaev’s book “The Meaning of Creativity”. The position is substantiated that the initial point of movement of Berdyaev’s philosophical thought is the crises of metaphysics and search for ways to overcome it. Following the ideology of F. Nietzsche’s doctrine, N. A. Berdyaev subjects to criticism the “metaphysical theory of two worlds” alongside the philosophy of “transcendentalism. According to Berdyaev, the philosophy of creativity can suggest the way of exiting crisis for the Western philosophy. Analyzing the key positions of “The Meaning of Creativity”, the author comes to a conclusion that creativity in the concept of Russian thinker represents a transgressive phenomenon. In his teaching, Berdyaev realizes the transition from metaphysics of transcendence towards philosophy of transgression. Thus, the article explicates the correlation between N. A. Berdyaev’s doctrine with the context of post-Nietzschean paradigm of Western philosophy of the XX century.

Faritov V.T. - Transcendence and transgression in philosophical discourse pp. 69-80

DOI:
10.7256/2454-0757.2017.2.18631

Abstract: The main goal of this article consists in examination of the place and role of ontological prospects of transcendence and transgression within the philosophical discourse. Special attention is given to the specificity of philosophical language. The article traces the modification of character of the philosophical terminology due to the dominance of the prospect of transcendence or transgression. It is demonstrated that both ontological prospects of transcendence and transgression within the space of philosophical discourse neutralize the private, regional discourses in their claim towards the exhaustive definition of the meaning of existence. The main result of the conducted research lies in determination of ontological status of the prospects of transcendence and transgression within the philosophical discourse. Transcendence suggest exceeding the limits of the subject certainty of the language and continuation towards something that does not have positive certainty. Transgression reveals the flexibility and openness of the boundaries of any existential-conceptual certainty.

Faritov V.T. - Dialectics and Transgression in Georg Wilhelm Friedrich Hegel's and Friedrich Nietzsche's Teachings. Comparative Research

DOI:
10.7256/2454-0757.2015.9.11060

Abstract: In a number of contemporary philosophical teachings the phenomenon of transgression takes the same place as the phenomenon of transcedence in classical metaphysics. The purpose of the present research article is to explicate the place and role of transgression in Georg Wilhelm Friedrich Hegel's and Friedrich Nietzsche's teachings. Philosophical searches of the aforesaid philosophers were carried out at the border between classical and nonclassical philosophies and thus finalized classical metaphysics and anticipated conceptual findings of the XXth century. The author of the present article has conducted a comparative research of the dialectical interaction between transgression and transcedence in Hegel's and Nietzsche's works. In addition to traditional research methods the author has partly used the methodological tools of deconstructivist and poststructuralist approaches. Faritov has also applied the method of comparative analysis. According to the researcher, in Hegel's works transgression is shown as a dialectical process of denial, removal and overcoming of definite borders of particular discourses. Hegel included transgression into the metadiscourse about absolute Idea and Spirit. That is the point where transgression completes its function of extension of definite borders of particular final discourses to maximum and infinite certainty of the transcendental metadiscourse. Hegel's teaching deals with the internal transgression as part of the metaprospect of transdendence. Nietzsche refused from the idea of dialects being governed by the transcendence metadiscourse. Transgression prospects involves transcendence as a particular step to be made in the dialectical process.

Abstract: The objective of the present research is to describe a specific transgressive mode of the existence of the subject and consciousness. In order to achieve the objective, it is necessary to deconstrut the Cartesian subject and transcedental concept of consciousness. It is also necessary to express the constructive nature of the self-identical subject and universal consciousness not to show their falsehood but to open possibilities essentially of other configurations of subjectivity. Transcendentalism has to be exposed in the claim on universality and presented as one of the modes of the life of a subjectification existing along with others. Along with the traditional methods of ontologic research some methodological principles and ideas of structuralism, deconstruction and post-structuralism are used. The result of the research is the general description of the transgressive mode of subjectification as an alternative way of the existence of the subject and consciousness. In the transcedental mode the subject and consciousness are constituted as a self-identical unity with one center. In the transgressive mode subjectivity is revealed as an open and mobile configuration of a set of heterogeneous existence-semantic prospects.

The main material of the research is the poem "Shaggy pine branches ragged from the storm ...". The author also discusses the poetic texts by Fyodor Tyutchev, Alexander Pushkin, Valery Bryusov and Johann Goethe. In order to analyze their poetry, the author also touches upon conceptual developments of such philosophers as Shopenhauer, Nietzsche, Heidegger, Sartre, Jaspers and Deleuze. In his research Farotiv has used the methodological provisions of the motivic analysis (offered by Boris Gasparov) and the principles of analysis of the poetic language introduced by Tynianov. The novelty of the research is caused by the fact that the author studies the idea of eternal return that was first offered by Nietzsche and later explicated in Russian poetry. The researcher has defined the two opposite modes of time and analyzed their representations in poetic texts. The author also emphasizes that a poetic text has many semantic dimensions and therefore analysis of poetic texts cannot be limited to certain rules.

Faritov V.T. - Philosophical and Psychological Discourse about Spirit (Georg Hegel and Ñarl Jung: Comparative Research)

DOI:
10.7256/2454-0757.2015.2.10635

Abstract: In his article Faritov carries out a comparative research of Hegel's concept of spirit and Jung's psychology of collective unconscious. Faritov compares the basic conceptual provisions of Hegel's dialectics with the main concepts of Jung's teaching such as collective unconscious, persona, individuation, self and projection. Despite the fact that Jung had a quite negative attitude to Hegel's philosophy, a lot of parallels can be drawn between Jung's psychology and Hegel's philosophy of spirit.  Faritov explains the contradiction between Jung's commitment to Kant's metaphysics and the presence of Hegel's motives in his psychological theory. Faritov uses conventional research methods including the method of comparative analysis. He also applies some methodological provisions of hermeneutical and post-structural approaches to analyzing texts. The result of the research is the conclusion that Jung's psychological theory, on the one hand, is oriented at the priority of facts and exclusion of philosophical speculation from the scope of research. That is why Jung seemed to be so critical about Hegel's theory. On the other hand, it tends to solve particular philosophical issues by the means of scientific discourse which leads to to the implicit presence of Hegel's philosophemes in Jung's teaching.

Abstract: This article discusses the philosophical aspects of space and time in the poetry of A.S. Pushkin. On a material analysis of poems of the poet author explicates the direction of the dynamics of lyrical chronotop Pushkin. Reveals connection between artistic representation of space and time in Pushkin's poetry with the fundamental problems of metaphysics. Carried out a comparative analysis of the lyrical chronotop Pushkin with chronotope F.I. Tyutchev and M. Voloshin. Reveals the closeness of the poetic world of Pushkin and philosophical ideas of Friedrich Nietzsche. We use the methods of comparative literature and methodological orientations of metaphysics Russian literature. Partially used the principles of hermeneutics and deconstruction. The main result of the study is to identify two types of rhythmic organization of space and time in the poetry of Pushkin and explication of their philosophical aspects. It is shown that the lyrical chronotop Pushkin tends to surpass the limits of the classical metaphysical oppositions towards anticipating the conceptual development of non-classical philosophy.

DOI:

Abstract: The subject of the study is the specificity of the interpretation of the phenomenon of science in the doctrine Martin Heidegger. Since the approaches to understanding of being as such, Heidegger begins with the development of existential analysts, before this study is twofold purpose. First, the interpretation of the phenomenon of science as a modus of human existence, that is, as the way in which things become accessible to man in his being. The study revealed the existential-ontological and metaphysical bases of scientific knowledge. Second, we show how the phenomenon of science represents being as such or transcendence.Along with the traditional methodology used in the article methodological arsenal of non-classical philosophy: hermeneutics, semiotics and deconstruction. The main result of the study is the explication of the ontological base of scientific knowledge in the context of fundamental ontology of M. Heidegger. Ontological foundation of science is to present things as objectivity, existing outside and independent of human existence. It follows that science is one of one of the modes of being in the world, or transcendence. Science is the way in which things become available in being human.

Abstract: Research of specifics of Heidegger's approach to interpretation of fundamental categories of ontology is presented in the offered article: time, life and anything. Conceptual development of M. Heidegger is considered in the horizon of comparative research with the doctrine F. Nietzsche, and also – Zh. Bataille, G. Bashlyar, J.P. Sartre, Zh. Delez, Ge. Derrida. The main attention in article is paid to the analysis of nature of interaction in Heidegger's philosophy of ontologic prospects of a transtsendention and transgression. The dual relation of Heidegger to the classical and nonclassical philosophy is explicated. Along with traditional methodology in article the methodological arsenal of nonclassical philosophical thought is used: hermeneutics, semiotics and deconstruction. The methodological principles of comparative research of philosophical doctrines are applied. Situation locates in article that Heidegger's ontology is constituted mainly on the basis of the transtsendention horizon, but the transtsendention thus gains in its doctrine absolutely other semantic fullness, in comparison with classical tradition of the use of this concept. At Heidegger the transtsendention in character comes nearer to transgression, to disclosure and the statement of plurality and formation. In this plan Heidegger's doctrine comes nearer to F. Nietzsche's views. However at the same time Heidegger keeps primary orientation to life as that, on identity and unity. Plurality and heterogeneity (transgression) at it are subordinated to the dominating prospect of identity (transcendence).

Faritov V.T. - Hermeneutics and Transgression in Modern Cinematograph pp. 1-22

DOI:
10.7256/2306-1618.2014.3.13391

Abstract: In article specific characteristics of an esthetics of modern cinema art on the example of the philosophical analysis of the movie of David Lynch "Malkholland Drayv" are considered (2001). Two opposite ways of reading of the movie are investigated: hermeneutics and transgression. The first way assumes the interpretation reducing heterogeneous subject lines to both the uniform semantic and subject center. The second way assumes refusal of possible interpretations and the statement of openness, plurality and a transgressivnost of work. Philosophical and esthetic justification of the second approach was carried out by such authors as M. Bakhtin and Zh. Delyoz. Along with traditional methodology in article the methodological arsenal of nonclassical philosophical thought is used: semiotics, post-structuralism and deconstruction.Advantage of transgression before germenevtichesky approach for research of an esthetics of a modern cinema locates in article. The hermeneutics sends to opposition "the meaning - meant", to representation and, finally, to metaphysics and a transtsendention. Lynch's movies are based on an esthetics of other character: on the transgression eliminating an order of representation and opening plurality of heterogeneous lines, irreducible to unity. These lines are constantly crossed with each other, pass one into another, forming a difficult contrapuntal pattern. Lynch's art places us in transgressive space of true singularities and events.
