Abstract: The article researches the correlation between orientation, tendencies and resilience in the process of personal and professional genesis. The authors studied several groups of people of different work experience, sex and professional specialization (physicians and surgeons). The analysis of data allowed to conclude that there is a significant correlation between personal orientation of a physician and his resilience
