Pechenin, N. K. Stages of Learning

Abstract: By comparing the two approaches to the study of learning (through the study of habitus and through the study of personal development of blind and deaf children), the author of the article analyzed the structure of the learning process. The author described the four stages of learning when sensual, empiric, factual and theoretic knowledge is being formed. The author also made conclusions about special criteria of the “true knowledge” which are formed at each stage, and further prospects of the research.
