Abstract:
This article reveals the main consistent traits of
election process, which define the native and foreign electoral practice, analyzes and elaborates their substance. The
author formulates the definitions and explores the substance
of absenteesm, pluralism, political market, Gerrymandering
and others, from the viewpoint of electoral
practice. The author assesses the gnoseological significance of the abovementioned patterns, and makes an attempt
at their systematization.
