Abstract:
This research is dedicated to the issues of demographic,
ethnic and cultural security in high-migration
conditions. The author shows prospective opportunities
for inter-government and inter-regional collaboration
in ensuring such security. Foreign experience is very indicative
as far as respect for human rights goes. Russia
is developing its own style of legal regulation of foreigner ’s legal status, taking into account the globally-accepted
standards. In the early XXI-th century, CIS countries have
set on the path to develop their unique approach to human
rights enforcement, and their work is yet to be completed.
