Abstract:
The article describes the Initiative for the Integration
of Regional Infrastructure in South America
(IIRSA): it’s aims, issues, institutional structure and
working plan. The author makes an attempt to identify
and describe main political, structural and normative
factors, determining the development of the initiative.
