Abstract:
In this essay the author considers the questions
of restraint of freedom of expression, freedom of conscience
from the point of view of experience and practice
of the European Court of Human Rights. According to
the author, proper recording of experience in suppression
of dissidence can influence the current human rights
and freedoms.
