Abstract:
The article is devoted to the problem of adequate modeling
of modern election campaigns. The author offers
structural and functional model, which is based on synthesis
of methodology of system structural and functional
analysis and the newest technologies of processing and
collection of information. At the same time the author
uses empirical materials from his own experience and the
analytical publications of Russian and foreign specialists.
