Poyarkov, S.Yu. Ideology of Russian Constitutionalism in Modern Parliamentarism

Abstract: The article considers modern parliamentarism in the context of ideology of Russian constitutionalism. The author analyzed the role and the place of the Russian Federal Assembly chambers in the political process. It is defined that the legal and political components of the Russian Parliament’s activities are in definite conflict with each other.
