Abstract:
Systemic approach provides for the means for the study of political area. The political system is evaluated within the ideal construction of political reality for the purpose of more conceptual understanding of its functioning. The systemic
approach does not pretend to be the only methodology
of scientific cognition, and fails to provide a complete idea of an object. Its value however is in quality instruments
for the achievement of goals for this study.
