Abstract:
The author shows some approaches to the solution of the
problems, regarding extradition of terrorists to Russia,
evaluating it as one of the directions fighting financing
organized terrorism in Russia, then he analyzes the
legal basis for the extradition process. This activity
relies upon coordinated activities of all the subjects of
fighting terrorism and its financing.
