Abstract: This article is devoted to the analysis of the provision of the Regulation Rome II, its meaning and infl uence on the non-treaty relations in the EU. The article includes the description of the key provisions of the Regulation with detailed explanations and comments. At the same time, there’s still more to know about this document. The material is structured in accordance with the order of articles in the Regulation itself.
