Abstract: Currently due to the development of budget legislation some institutions of budget law gain new meaning. One fine example is the instititution of responsibility for the violations of budget legislation. Since it is necessary to ensure obedience to the budget discipline, there came a new type legal responsibility – financial legal responsibility, as enshrined in the modern budget legislation.
