Abstract: This article focuses on the acceptance and approval of the Concept of the State Migration Policy of the Russian Federation until 2025 («Concept»). In this connection, there appeared a strategic document in the migration sphere.The research considers a comprehensive phased action plan for implementation in the 2012-2015 years of the Concept as a tool of the implementation of the Concept.
