Abstract: The development of digital economy implies not only deep transformation processes for individual enterprises, but also the need for adaptations to new economic conjucture of those stakeholders, who are not ready for full-scale changes in their management and production models. Thus, managing digital transformation of tourist destination require detailed and systematic study of the needs in digitalization and the search for tools for stakeholder's adaptation to new socio-economic conditions. The qualitative research methodology “Grounded theory” is able to provide tools to resolve this problem, which approbation is the main subject of the study. This method allows to form inductively a logical concept that would describe the phenomenon and directly confirm theoretical conclusions in observations. The study resulted in key categories of needs, their interconnections and corresponding digital solutions in form of different modules of digital platform, comined by the central key category - “need to increase the involvement of all stakeholders through a collaborative digital service”. The pilot study conducted according to the proposed methodology confirmed its effectiveness in studying the needs of stakeholders of tourist market and in developing the architecture of a digital industry platform. At the same time, the subsequent prototyping of the proposed digital solutions should be carried out in accordance with the strategy of implementing the industry platform and its integration into the digital ecosystem of the Krasnodar Territory.

Abstract: Against the backdrop of the development of the cryptocurrency market, the popularity of blockchain technology has also grown. However, the unique structure of the technology, characterized by its transparency, immutability and, in most cases, decentralization, allows it to be widely used in various areas of life. The article explores the essence of blockchain technology, as well as the degree of technology integration into the financial sector of the economy. The subject of the research is blockchain technology. The object of research is international finance. The author in the article emphasizes the nature of blockchain technology, and also studies the current situation in the blockchain industry, its implementation in the financial sector of the economy, in particular the activities of commercial banks. The blockchain industry is expanding and improving at a steady pace, finding its constant use in both public and private finance. In this direction, active work is also being carried out in Russia. However, due to a number of key limiting factors, to date, blockchain technology has not been integrated in practice to the extent that it could allow it to change the structures of international or individual national finance. Contrary to expectations, the speed of blockchain implementation is slower than that of the Internet technology, which is often compared to the development of blockchain technology. However, despite this fact, the blockchain has gained a foothold in various aspects of international finance and plays one of the key roles in accelerating the process of digitalization of this sector of the economy.

Pugachev A.A. - Manifestations of Economic Inequality of Citizens in Russia: Analysis of the Results of a Sociological Survey pp. 35-51

DOI:
10.25136/2409-8647.2022.4.39229

EDN: MFSKXV

Abstract: The subject of the study is the economic inequality of citizens in Russia. The inequality of citizens in Russia has been at a consistently high level for 30 years, but it is not permanent or static. Inequality is being transformed: new forms are emerging, such as digital inequality, inequality in the balance of life and work, inequality in the field of health, inequality of the coronacrisis. The differences between the richest and the poorest in the consumption of products are decreasing in volume, and the quality of products is increasing. This indicates the need to study the current characteristics of inequality of citizens in Russia. The purpose of the study is to assess the manifestations of economic inequality of citizens in Russia based on the results of a sociological survey to determine the directions of smoothing inequality. The hypothesis of the study is that inequality in Russia is being transformed, and existing approaches to its assessment do not allow to objectively determine its current state, which, among other things, leads to the ineffectiveness of measures taken by the state to smooth out inequality. The scientific novelty consists in interpreting the results of a sociological survey in terms of identifying the key manifestations of modern inequality and outlining the portrait of the least and most affluent citizens: poverty of young people under 25, poverty of rural residents, poverty of students, poverty of unemployed pensioners and the unemployed, income inequality of citizens in the regional context. Despite the fact that 71% of respondents estimate their incomes as sufficient for current expenses, inequality in the subjective assessment of income sufficiency is significantly weaker than inequality in actual income. The potential of state financial instruments for smoothing inequality has not been realized

Prygunova M.I., Tumakov I.K. - Overview of modern digital practices for small business management pp. 52-66

DOI:
10.25136/2409-8647.2022.4.38393

EDN: MAWPKK

Abstract: The object of the study is digital programs used by small enterprises for business management. For small businesses, there are many such approaches and tools based on effective management of the company. Special attention is paid to the advantages of the programs under consideration, as well as possible ways of their application. The novelty of the research lies in highlighting the key advantages of the digital popular small business management programs presented in the article. Small business programs ensure that the entire organization of the company is synchronized, and the company's activities as a whole are effectively optimized. A special contribution of the authors to the study of the topic is an attempt to divide small business management tools into thematic groups in the following areas: customer relations, cloud collaboration, electronic billing, social networks, marketing, accounting, project management. The main conclusion of the study is the fact that small businesses are not lagging behind large ones in the application of innovative technologies for business process management.

Ilyasov D.F., Ivanov A.Y., Agafonov N.P., Mikhailenko A.A., Ovchinnikov I.D., Stepanyan P.O. - Software Development for the Nuclear and Radiation Hazardous Objects Elimination Projects Cost Estimating Using Digital Modeling pp. 67-79

DOI:

EDN: MCDNRP

Abstract: This article discusses the problems of estimating the projects cost for decommissioning nuclear and radiation hazardous facilities based on BIM data. The software developed at Nuclear Safety Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences for planning and analyzing decommissioning facilities at the pre-project stage processes is described. In particular, the software main functions are demonstrated: evaluation of the dismantling and decontamination works cost, forecasting the waste generated volume, technological processes planning and the safe waste management cost evaluation, results analysis taking into account the uncertainty of the initial data and sensitivity analysis. The scientific novelty consists in the development by a team of authors of software for financial and economic planning of decommissioning of nuclear and radiation hazardous facilities on the basis of digital information 3D models of objects being created. The need for such development is conditioned by the requirements for systematization and analysis of data on nuclear waste at the preparatory stage for the selection of effective technologies for dismantling and decontamination works and management of radioactive waste, as well as to improve the efficiency of individual decommissioning projects and the Federal Target Program "Providing Nuclear and Radiation Safety for 2016-2020 and for the period up to year 2035" generally.
