Abstract: The article is devoted to studying the problem of development and preservation of the political stage of Russian - Belarussian integration, namely, the Union State of Russia and Belarus. Currently the Union State remains a formal state formation, not having central leadership, legislative, executive, and judicial branches of government, citizenship, national emblem, flag, etc. In the conditions of development of the integration project of the Customs Union - Common Free Market Zone - Eurasian Economic Union, which includes Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan, objectively poses the problem of survival for the Union State. Being in the phase of stagnation since 2007, the Union State gradually evolves, attempting to accomodate to the rapidly changing situation in the post-Soviet territory.

Abstract: According to the Constitution of the Russian Federation and the Federal Law N. 131-FZ of October 6, 2003 the municipal self-government acts on equal terms with the state government. The municipal self-government is closest to the population and it solves its everyday problems. The social relations regarding implementation of the municipal self-government in the rural settlements form an important element of rural life as an object for legal regulation. In this article based upon the analysis of the legislation of the Russian Federation the author singles out specific features, provides definition and defines the nature of municipal self-government of rural settlements. It has both theoretical and practical importance for the implementation of the priority direction for the social and economic policy of Russia in the sphere of sustainable development of rural territories.

Abstract: The articleis devoted to peculiarities of formation of property owned by the consumer cooperative as well as the scope of property rights of the members of cooperative and main legislative terms describing these rights. The author of the article analyzes peculiarities of formation of the cooperative property depending on the type of consumer cooperative and proves the need in legal confirmation of the provision concerning variability of the cooperative's share fund.
