Golubov A.I. - Method of thermoanalytical definition of the main characteristics of combustible liquids pp. 1-7

Abstract: The paper provides the method of diagnostics and liquid control unification by determining the dynamic and kinematic viscosity which are the main characteristics of easily flammable and combustible liquids (EFL and CL). "The float-operated design" of a crucible thermo-electro-dilatometer on thermoacoustic rod wave guide is offered, that can be used as a viscometer by applying the developed physical and mathematical models. The essential factor is that both kinematic and dynamic viscosity of EFL and CL are defined in the range of negative and positive temperatures, up to the spontaneous ignition temperature. The offered methodology can find application in the new edition of GOST 12.1.044 "Fire-and-explosion hazard of substances and materials". The novelty of the research is that the function of the viscometer is developed for a thermo-electrodilatometer crucible in the BETA-analyzer, that allows measuring both kinematic and dynamic viscosity of EFL and CL in the range of negative and positive temperatures, up to temperatures of their spontaneous ignition.

Abstract: The paper deals with the problems of fire and ecological safety of modern heat supply facilities, in particular boiler rooms and combined heat and power plants (CHPP) Innovative methods and automation equipment of technological processes of boiler rooms and CHPP, which will allow to optimize technological processes and to reduce cost of production of thermal energy and also to recover natural cycles of circulation of oxygen, water and carbon by means of biotunnels, biohumus and biothermal technologies absorbing and utilizing harmful bursts of boiler rooms and CHPP in a geosphere are offered and described. The methodology of the solution of the specified problems consists in changing the subsystems of chemical water purification, optimization of boilers’ energy potential usage and in providing the required levels of fire, ecological and energy safety. The novelty of the proposed solution is in the application of the steam screw machines which increase efficiency by using the excessive steam pressure utilized in special reduction and cooling installations and in application of the air separators, allowing to burn the hydrocarbon fuel in the oxygen and to use the remaining inert gases to prevent and suppress fire hazards.

Kulyagin I.A. - Intellectualization of safety of electrical installations (using example of split-systems) pp. 19-26

Abstract: The subject of the research is electrical equipment, in particular split systems installed in residential buildings and apartment complexes for creating comfort temperature conditions.  The results of the research confirmed the high fire hazard posed by these systems and the necessity of improvement in order to conform to GOST 12.1.004 fire safety specification. The research shows that this objective could be achieved by installing thermionic protection modules for internal and external blocks. The methodology of "safety intellectualization” was used in the course of the research and improvement of internal and external blocks of the split-system. The model is developed on the basis of technology of "safety intellectualization". It includes  includes protection of the device against ignition by means of modules of thermionic protection and also installation of the independent smoke fire announcer with the GSM modem as means of identifying the dangerous factors of fire hazards and signaling the fire department.

Abstract: Solving the problem of determining the distance in the autonomous navigation system of a mobile robotic system is of great practical importance. For autonomous movement the robot must have a navigation system whose measurements prevent it from collisions with various obstacles. This paper demonstrates the control system of the distance measurement unit of the search robot. In practice, different kinds of robotic systems tend to move chaotically. For the organization of autonomous movement of the mobile robot it is necessary to equip it with measuring sensors and an intelligent processing system that prevents the robot from colliding with obstacles. The article deals with the principle based on the analysis of measurement results by ultrasonic distance sensor from the robot (sensor) to the front of the obstacle both in a static position and in the process of robot movement. The novelty of the paper lies in the fact that presence of an obstacle in the direction of the robot’s motion is determined by the time of the arrival of the reflected radio pulse emitted and received by the sensor in the ultrasonic frequency range. The project contains structural, functional and principal schematics. This research might provide increased precision and speed during indoor search and rescue operations. Other areas of mobile robotic systems application include mapping, protection of the premises and indoor service activities (cleaning, movement of goods), etc.

Aldyukhov A.A. - Method of air traffic management in Ñ and G class airspace based on on-board GLONASS/GPS equipment and GSM/GPRS networks pp. 32-42

Abstract: The subject of the paper is the infrastructure of air traffic management and control of airspace usage by small and unmanned aircrafts in the lower segment of the airspace classes C, G. The development of unmanned aircrafts and the lack of technical means of monitoring and identification of small aerial vehicles shows the need to find new solutions to ensure the safety and efficiency of flying at low altitudes. Analysis of air navigation and ATM development history shows that the modern stage is characterized by the use of the dependent surveillance system based on the transmission of the aircraft coordinates by the on-board GLONASS/GPS equipment.  A comparative analysis study of the effectiveness of electronic communication networks and telecommunications, data-communications and receiving/transmitting equipment using dependent surveillance for small and unmanned aircraft is performed with the goal of creating a modern air navigation, ATM and communication system at low altitudes. Low carrying capacity and energy efficiency of the light aircraft necessitate the use of  low power and low weight equipment. This in turn generates new requirements for the radio technical air support systems.  The study determined that out of existing satellite systems, aviation technology and mobile digital cellular communications, the mobile GSM/GPRS communication system is more efficient and effective.  The novelty of the article: a set of technical and regulatory conditions allowed the author to develop a method of air traffic management based on GLONASS/GPS equipment and GSM/GPRS communication networks in airspace classes C, G.
