Mustafaev G.A., Mustafaev A.G., Cherkesova N.V. - Reliability of aluminized integrated circuits pp. 1-6

DOI:
10.7256/2453-8884.2017.3.23345

Abstract: Aluminium with its alloys is the basic material of integrated circuits metallization. Use of VLSIC toughens the requirements to the parameters of metallization, which determine its reliability, such as surface resistance, step coating quality, number and sizes of tension-caused voids, and electromigration tolerance. Poor quality of metallization is one of the most dangerous defects in semiconductor technology of integrated circuits. Electromigration can cause failure when passing high-density current through metallization. The materials have been tested in order to estimate the intensity of metal resistance variation caused by electromigration. Based on the results of these tests, the authors conclude that geometrical factors play a dominant role in the mechanism of erosion of integrated circuits metallization caused by electromigration. With regard to the tests, the authors formulate recommendations about the transition from the sputtering technique to evaporation deposition.

Iureva R.A., Kotel'nikov Y.P., Maltseva N.K., Vedernikov K.A. - Study of electric drive used for moving a riding cutoff valve in a turbogenerator control system pp. 7-13

DOI:
10.7256/2453-8884.2017.3.21960

Abstract: Proper functioning of a turbogenerator set depends on continuous functioning of the system of regulation and protection of valves of a steam turbine. Proper functioning of a turbogenerator set is important in the case of accident threat caused by the increase of turbine rotation speed over a particular value within the operational range with insensitivity maximum 0,5% of an average operational rotation frequency. The protection of a steam turbogenerator set is guaranteed by cut-out, control and back-flow valves. By a signal of a sensor element of protection, a turbogenerator can be stopped by closing cut-out valves of a high-pressure and an intermediate pressure cylinders or their control valves and a grid valve, or simultaneous closing of the above mentioned cut-out and control units. Such a system operates on the basis of an automated system used for support of the key regulated parameters of a turbogenerator in electric load and heat load modes. The authors of the article study electro-mechanical drive used for moving a riding cutoff valve in a turbogenerator control system. The authors describe the requirements to it. Based on dynamic characteristics of the electro-mechanical drive produced by the joint company “Diakont”, the authors construct a model of a control system, which guarantees the emergency shut-down mode operation. The protection control system structure guarantees the independence of its operation from the condition of a turbogenerator control system.

Gubanova A.A. - Development of a microprocessor controller of a servo drive of a 3d printer pp. 14-22

DOI:
10.7256/2453-8884.2017.3.24542

Abstract: The article contains the results of development of a microprocessor controller of a servo drive for a 3D printer based on the microcontroller AT89C52. The structure and basic circuit diagram, and the PCB have been designed. This development is implemented on an affordable, cheap and modern electronic base, which helps significantly increase the quality of follower drive control. The author considers a 3D printer with a two pivot moving platform and with vertical printing head positioning at a selected depth. The research methodology allows developing modern technical equipment using affordable and cheap electronic components. Such technical means can interact with each other and help design flexible circuits. As a technological platform, FPGAs are used, which help modify the system quickly. The designed microprocessor controller of a servo drive is small (120x80x1,5 mm), has low power demand and high functionality. It uses modern, affordable and cheap hardware components. Use of the microcontroller AT89C52 as a control and information processing unit significantly reduces the number of elements in a microprocessor circuit. If this system is launched, it will significantly reduce the operate time and help acquire higher quality of follower drive control.

Gubanova A.A., Martynenko A.I. - A Machine tool hydraulic station management system modeling pp. 23-32

DOI:
10.7256/2453-8884.2017.3.24739

Abstract: The research subject is the system of management of a machine tool hydraulic system used for hydraulic drive power supply of metal-cutting machines. The article contains the results of simulation modeling of the system in the MathLab software package and analyzes the transitional processes of these models. The authors show that the quality if a hydraulic station management determines reliability and productivity of a particular cutting unit. This problem is especially topical for cutting machines with computer numerical control used for deep-hole drilling with carbide drills within the wings for cutting oil input. Cutting oil input through the cutting zone in many aspects depends on the presence and the condition of chips in drill channels in the function of embedding (to 9d). The authors perform the simulation of pump performance management in the function of changing consumption using the MathLab modeling, since when achieving the critical pressure of 65-70 MPa, forced ejection of a drill from a cutting zone is necessary, and sometimes it is impossible to perform in reality. The authors propose simulation models, which help analyze the hydraulic station performance without technological equipment. The article considers the system of a hydraulic station management on the basis of micro PLCs Siemens S7-224XP. The authors analyze the management subsystem for a controller realizing the temperature control and cutting oil consumption law.

Belozerov V.V. - On the issue of a synergetic model of innovations management (review of the project 2008-1-2.1-00-13-036 of 04.04.2008) pp. 33-47

DOI:
10.7256/2453-8884.2017.3.24597

Abstract: The described model has been proposed by the Scientific Engineering and Manufacturing Centre OKTAEDR (Rostov-on-Don) together with the Research Institute of Physics, research institute of economic and social problems, Law and Management Institute and the Computer Center of Southern Federal University for the research project “Guaranteeing the provisions of the part 4 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation (of 18 December 2006 No 230, article 1360) in relation to the amount, conditions and procedure of compensation payment for the use of an invention, a utility model, or an industrial prototype in the interests of the state without the consent of a patent holder. The publication of the project and the review is of a particular interest, since it contains the methodology of self-organization of work in the sphere of intellectual property. Taking into account the fact that the problems of use of the results of intellectual activity haven’t been solved in Russia, and the novelty of ideas of the participants of the project is obvious, the results of the analysis seem to be useful.
