Abstract: The subject of the study is the legality of students' behavior in Vladimir branch of the RANEPA (University). The students under conducted research were chosen form economic, managerial and legal departments of University. The author examines in detail such aspects of the topic as: the permissibility of violating laws in the mass consciousness of students, the reasons for committing illegal acts and the factors that deter from violating the law. The work also reveals such aspects of the problem as: the frequency of applying to specialists for legal assistance, the main difficulties faced by young people in obtaining and applying legal information, the reasons for refusing to protect their own rights. Special attention is paid to the specialty of legal behavior of students from law department of University. As a result of the study, the following conclusions were obtained: ignorance of the law often leads to the commission of illegal actions, there is also a psychological nature of offenses when a crime is committed under the influence of feelings, emotions or "illegal acts committed for friendship". There are professional features of legal behavior. Students studying in the specialty "Judicial and prosecutorial activity" are more likely than others to think about preserving their positive reputation. A significant part of respondents are poorly oriented in the sources of obtaining legal information and do not always understand where to turn for help. A fifth of all respondents do not defend their rights. There is still a fairly high level of distrust towards the police.

Abstract: The subject of this research is the work values of students of higher and specializes secondary educational establishments in Vladimir city, and their impact upon the potential economic behavior of youth. Online questionnaire-based survey of the students of a regional center, conducted via clusters election in accordance with quota sampling, comprised the empirical base for this research. Special attention is paid to the priority spheres of employment, students’ representation on worthy pay rate, impact of the type of work motivation upon the choice of the key life aspirations of young people. The main conclusion of the conducted research consists in the statement that the achievable orientations prevail within the work values of students. Young people are targeted towards high salary, career growth, and professional fulfillment. For increasing the level of personal wellbeing, they are willing to work harder. The presence of favorable conditions at work, as well as job in their degree field, are the secondary factors. Entrepreneurship, work in government authorities and administration, and enforcement agencies are the preferred spheres of activity. The authors’ special contribution consists in determination of the dependence between different type of motivation and work values of the youth.

Abstract: The subject of this research is the social-labor mobility of migrants from the former Soviet Republics on the territory of Vladimir Region. Adaptation of the newcomers in the Russian Federation is one of the paramount socioeconomic problems. The annual reduction of labor resources in majority of the Russian regions leads to the need for workforce replenishment by the means of outsourcing. Within the framework of this study, the author considered the following questions: adaptation of the newcomers to work and residency in Vladimir Region; main information sources on the future labor activity; level of content with the provided work conditions and prospects of realization of the social-labor mobility in the region. The analysis of statistical indexes and questionnaire-based survey were applied in the course of this research. The sociological survey in form of questionnaire captured the work migrants from the various countries of post-Soviet space that legally resided in the region. The acquired data allows concluding on the presence of fairly well organized channels of attracting the migrants, because the majority of them come to an already prepared job place. Despite the experienced difficulties, most of the respondents are satisfied with the social-labor conditions and demonstrate a desire to continue working in the region.
