Abstract: The subject of this research is the work migration and ethnic mobility on the example of Krasnoyarsk Krai. This work is focused on one of the two major industrial cities, as well as main zones of localization of work migrants of the region – Krasnoyarsk. Work migrants from various countries, such as Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan, were involved into the empirical research. Besides the countries of the post-Soviet space, the authors also analyzed the social situations of such countries as China, Germany, and Turkey. Usually the migrants do not come by themselves, it is much easier for a small group to get socialized in a different cultural environment, thus the acculturative stress is less intensive. The article presents the results of a global study of the causes and relevant circumstances of labor migration in the city of Krasnoyarsk. The study was conducted in October and November 2015. The main method of research - questionnaires. As a theoretical base of research concepts were "acculturation," "inculturation," "akkulturatsionny shock" developed the concept of well-known Canadian and American sociologist John Berry. Based on the theory of John. Berry and empirical research conclusions about the specifics of the migration processes in the city of Krasnoyarsk.

Koptseva N.P. - Some Concepts of Social Ideals of Russian Philosophy During the Silver Age pp. 47-59

DOI:
10.7256/2306-0174.2014.3.11325

Abstract: Object of research - possibilities of the Russian philosophy of the Silver age for designing of the modern Russian metaphysical project. Categories and terms in which social ideals of the Russian philosophy are shown are analyzed. For the analysis concepts of solidarity, the substantive figure are chosen. The concept "solidarity" is connected in Russian of philosophy with ideas of socialism, it is developed in that branch of the Russian philosophy which goes from A.I. Herzen, M. A. Bakunin. At the end of the XIX century the western philosophical terms underwent big change in the Russian intellectual environment. They were filled with the contents connected with moral values which in the Russian religious philosophy have absolute character. It is represented that such new concepts were developed by S. N. Bulgakov and N. O. Lossky. In the context of the metaphysical project of Russia N. O. Lossky's concept "the substantive figure" attracts attention. As the main method of research the categorial and conceptual analysis of philosophical texts Russian of thinkers of XIX - the first third of the XX centuries acts. The method of allocation of concepts, the conceptual analysis is used. Elements of the methodological strategy connected with allocation of ideal types are applied (according to M. Weber). It is represented that the term "substantive figure" can be used for modeling "we - identity" the Russian nation. On the one hand, this term doesn't bear the impress of any old ideology (neither class, nor chauvinistic). On the other hand, the community of substantive figures who have special general aspirations and special forms of creative activity, is the concept building positive Russian collective identity. Various forms of communication among themselves of substantive figures are various interethnic and interfaith communications which form the uniform Russian nation. By means of a concept "the substantive figure" it is possible to speak about unity of the subject and object of knowledge as the knowledge in that case is each process of communication the substatsnialnykh of figures. All uniform Space is included in processes of knowledge and self-knowledge through creative cooperation of the substantive figures (from atom to the Universe, from the person as difficult organism to planetary mankind). Thus, the metaphysical project of Russia, set of its ideals it has to be shown in language and by means of the concepts developed in the Russian philosophy of the Silver age. Not up to the end opened potential of the Russian philosophy will allow to show various conceptual installations. Its rich conceptual framework promotes system registration of our metaphysical project and its presentation outside.

Koptseva N.P. - On the Question about Conceptual Grounds of Construction of the Russian National State pp. 1-14

DOI:
10.7256/2306-0158.2014.1.10928

Abstract: The author of the article discusses the theoretical aspects of construction of the Russian national state inluding social constructionism, primordialism, ethnicity theory, theories of ethnic identification and self-identification, cultural identification and self-identification. The author also touches upon the process of transformation of the ethnic cultural identity into the national identity; special features of the process of secondary modernization in modern Russian state and Russian society; the theory of artificial construction of nation by the means of political and ideological mechanisms that were used by the national elites during the period of transition from the traditional society to the Art Nouveau society; the main forms of nationalism during the period of transitio from the agrarian society to the industrial society. The author uses such methods as the conceptual analysis, determination of the ideal types of the social structure, analysis of the basic concepts 'ethnicity' and 'nation' and validation of the aforesaid theories based on the Russian realities. The author defines effective mechanisms of transformation of the ethnic cultural identity into the national identity. The author shows that construction of the national state is the process of social (artificial) construction of nation which differs this process from the 'natural' formation of ethnicity in a traditional society. Construction of the national state happens after creation of nationalism. There are several models of the latter. The main models were described by Ernest Gellner as Ruritania and Megalomania. The author concludes that the modern Russian state has the danger of developing the doctrine of nationalism in the form of Megalomania by peripheral national (ethnically monolithic) elites.

DOI:

The problem of research specific Post-Soviet the practician of preservation of a unique cultural heritage of the indigenous small people is put. Legal mechanisms, information cultural practicians, art cultural practicians are considered. It is suggested that modern practicians of preservation of ethnocultural identity of indigenous people of the North and Siberia are genetically connected with the Soviet cultural policy. Still key role belongs to state regulation which is carried out not so much by means of law-making, how many by means of activity of executive bodies of the power in subjects of the Russian Federation. The main method - field researches in places of compact accommodation of the indigenous small people of the North, Siberia and the Far East under the leadership of the author in 2010-2013. As important methods poll and questioning, processing of results of questioning, focus group, expert interviews act. As a result of the conducted research the following conclusions, the contents elements of scientific novelty were drawn:1 . In the Republic of Buryatia of a measure of the state support of ethnocultural identichnost of the indigenous small people by means of legal mechanisms carry "secondary" character in relation to the federal legislation. The republic has no own unique regional legislation connected with preservation of a unique cultural heritage of indigenous people, measures of the state support of the native languages of these people. However this situation means that support of processes of ethnocultural identity of the indigenous small people in this subject of the Russian Federation is carried out by means of other mechanisms, which, probably, not especially нуждают in special legal guarantees. 2 . For a state policy on support of ethnocultural identity of the indigenous small people in the Republic of Buryatia the specific Post-Soviet practicians connected by are characteristic that the executive body of the government – the Ministry of Culture – assumes the organization, coordinating, the budgetary financing of a number of the actions which sources of carrying out root in the Soviet cultural policy. These are calendar national holidays, support of national creativity, amateur performances. It is difficult to tell what would be processes of ethnocultural identity without these active actions of the state. It is possible to assume that assimilation processes which are fixed by demographers, would be much more intensive, than now.3 . The state language policy in the Republic of Buryatia in relation to the native languages of indigenous people is also connected not with law-making, and with support existing pedagogical and information the practician on teaching of the native languages at schools, and also on functioning of information resources in the Evenki language. The Soyot language is in more difficult situation, than Evenki. It is obvious that the cultural heritage of Soyots needs more intensive state protection, than now.
