Abstract:
The article is devoted to topical issues of legislative regulation of intellectual property and its protection, fighting the spread of counterfeit goods. Much attention is paid to the Part 4 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and Art. 146 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. In addition, the authors analyze international conventions and agreements, other legislative acts.
